【在庫一覧】の製品の個数表情の幅が無駄に広くなり、一画面に表示出来る品目数が減り、非常に見難い！
行数を狭めて、もっと一画面に多く表示されるよう前の仕様に戻してもらいたい。

それに、【データ同期】が、トップ画面に無いから、やり難い！
【データ同期】は、(MENU)の項目内ではなく、トップ画面に表示させろ！
「在庫一覧」ではなく、最初のトップ画面で全製品の個数データを更新したいんだよ！
使い勝手の事、ちゃんと考えてるのか?
考えてるのだとしたら、詰めが甘過ぎる。
やり直し！

一人でしか利用しないので、去年の大幅な値上げがとても苦しいです。
一人利用のプランをまた別に考えていただければ1ユーザーとしてありがたい。

貴社の在庫管理ソフトを継続利用しておりますが、以下の理由により非常に不満を抱いております。

第一に、本ソフトウェアは操作性・利便性の面で極めて使いづらく、特に直近9月のUI実装変更以降は、以前よりさらに不便な仕様となりました。ユーザーインターフェースが直感的でなく、実務のスピード感を著しく阻害しており、利用するたびにストレスを感じざるを得ません。ユーザーや顧客のニーズを理解しないまま、机上でプログラムを組んでいるかのような設計思想が透けて見えます。

第二に、月額利用料が非常に高額であるにもかかわらず、値上げが繰り返されており、最終的には当初の4倍以上となっています。ところが、その値上げに比例するだけの機能追加や改善は一切見受けられず、実質的には意味のない値上げです。利用者からすれば理不尽以外の何物でもありません。

正直、非常に不愉快な会社であると感じております。しかし、他社ソフトへの乗り換えには膨大な労力がかかるため、やむを得ず利用を続けている状況です。これは貴社にとって顧客ロイヤルティによる継続利用ではなく、単なる「切り替えコストの高さ」に依存しているに過ぎません。

繰り返しになりますが、現状のソフトウェアは「業務効率化ツール」として本来果たすべき役割を十分に果たしていません。利用者を軽視した仕様変更と理不尽な価格改定を今後も続けるのであれば、長期的には確実に信頼を失うことになるでしょう。

以上、強く改善を求める次第です。

何年も利用して来ましたが、利用料金の大幅な値上げ後にUIが複雑化しめちゃくちゃ使い難くなりました。何をやるにしても動線が長くなり使う度にストレスが半端ないです。AIが賢くなって来たので自作も含め乗り換え検討中です。
