The Call Center members are amazing but the team that should be contacting you after your complaints to follow up has Zero follow up, which is very weird and unacceptable for a financial service provider.
Zain telecommunication by itself is a great company but unfortunately, Zain Cash has nothing to do with Zain telecommunication standards.
