You can never complete a full task through the app you’ll always need to call a support from zain, which renders the app useless in my opinion. I’ve tried tens of different apps in different countries and I’ve never seen such service. Oh and along with that, last time i’ve made a call to them they told me, that I was ignorant enough to press on ads sent automatically to my phone and I was scammed out of 5JDs. Those are ads YOU give permission to send to my phone and there’s no way to cancel them, and by the way, I never pressed any button other than exit, which makes it your fault.
