Juste un détails qui m’a coûté beaucoup de temps.. j’ai passer une commande avec 2 société de livraison différente la première étant la poste avec qui je n’ai jamais aucun soucis le deuxième était CHRONOPOST. Il on égaré mon colis. Je sais que ce genre de chose peu arriver et ça ne me dérange pas mais le service derrière pour déverrouiller cette situation m’a couter beaucoup de patience et de temps en appelant un coup CHRONOPOST et un coup Zalando qui ce sont renvoyer la balle mutuellement. J’ai finalement insister et je suis tomber sur quelqu’un de chez Zalando qui était très agréable et qui à dut certainement déverrouiller la situation car j’ai reçu mon colis 2 jours plus tard. Je ne reproche pas les compétence de Zalando mais leurs choix de partenaire livraison. Localization is tied to location, and it would be fine if your service was available in one country, but no, so why can't I just select "English" in the app?
