Super use friendly. I love being able to connect to my peers across the country. Have found their advice and support incredibly helpful!

As an athlete, we deal with a lot mentally. I found Zama’s mental-guidance modules to be incredibly helpful while preparing for the big game. 

It is comparable to Headspace, but focused on athletes !

I love the interface and the app is very user friendly. I truly believe Zama could be a super helpful resource for any and all athletes, especially for college athletes battling mental and physical circumstances. 

The community aspect intrigues me as well. I hope this app can bring more awareness where users can discuss and help one another through common questions.
