Takes ages to load timesheets. If you update timesheet to Annual Leave / sick leave- it doesnt get saved / approved - no sync with web version. Either random error reports or claiming “loss of network connection” despite full 4G service or WiFi (didn’t seem to matter which). Don’t waste your time downloading despite being FREE it’s not worth the cost. Crashes basically everyday for any number of reasons. Feels like I’m using dial-up internet when it’s processing anything. Quicker for us to use paper based timesheets. Doesn’t send texts or messages to get verification codes. Very frustrating app. Even in my PC it says I have put in wrong password. Idiots. It’s saved to my PC so it’s not wrong . Wouldn’t recommend at all. Deleting and probably never reinstalling. Only using still on my PC as the company I work for uses Zambion ...otherwise give it a wide berth. There’s got to be better out there. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2020-08-21* Unfortunately my employer has switched to Zambion and is encouraging everyone to download the app. However I can’t even register. It asks for a username, tells me to select a method to receive an authentication code, when the only option available is to a partially disguised email address and then nothing happens when I select the email address! Even the app support link takes you to a blank webpage. Please fix 🙏 ### 5/5 — Great App but *2017-04-28, version 2.13* Awesome app able to see roster and doing everything that you can do on the desktop based kiosk but... I cannot use the time sheet function very easily as it seems to be always out of sync to the pay cycle. I would just check this on my desktop but Zambion is no longer able to be used on a Mac as safari is no longer supported by silverlight. ### 5/5 — The Best Rostering Tool / App *2016-07-11, version 2.01* So loving the new update made life easier to just enter pin and sign in and it remembers the username don't need to type it again, The best app for rostering gives me immediate updates of times that I have used my fingerprint to scan while I work. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ### 5/5 — Goodbye laptop! *2016-07-08, version 2.0* It is so cool being able to submit/approve timesheets, expense claims, and leave requests on my phone! and it is so easy to use! I then logged on to a PC and was asked to change password again. That password can't be used in the app...app can't be used until I go back onto PC and change password to a numerical pin ### 2/5 — Problem.... Fix Please *2020-02-18, version 2.61* Its a good app, but on behalf of some people who’ve experienced this, the app needs to fix the logins. Due to myself missing a day at my current job.
