Never recommend ### 1/5 — Too many updates and complete mess of an app… *2023-09-02, version 4.2.2* I’m having to update the app EVERY time I open the app. It’s incredibly frustrating and only serves to highlight a very amateur and haphazard nature of the team behind the app. I’m an overseas Pakistani who’s recently moved to Karachi and having often used Rightmove, Prime Location, Zoopla etc I can confidently say, this app and platform is well off the mark. Add to that, 80% of advertised properties are being marketed by complete cowboys who don’t have the agency for the property that’s being shown and simply try and flog you rubbish. Agents advertising through the platform need a level of accountability placed on them. Only meant for property dealers, who pay hundreds of thousands for titanium/hot advertising. Please make a separate section for owners, just like the Craigslist. Each dealer gives 10s of advertisements and that too on top, just to hide the owner’s advertising. No one can directly buy from the owner.
