## What is ZammaApp?

Zamma is a traditional North African and Saharan strategy board game — an ancestor of modern checkers, played on an Alquerque-style point-and-line board for over 3,000 years.

Pieces sit on intersection points connected by lines. Regular pieces move forward; captures are mandatory and can happen in any direction. Reach the far row to promote to a Mullah, which moves any distance along any line.
