This is a really bad app that u guys should fix, I’ve been trying to login into my account and it keeps asking me questions which I don’t know the answers to.

Doesn’t make sense to register to use app when you already have an online banking account. Fix that!

The app’s great. Very convenient. Just concerned with how it doesn’t auto lock when I switch to other apps; remained accessible 10 minutes later, on one occasion. That security bug costs three stars, in my opinion.

This app allows most people to add talktime which is great!  But, for those of us with new Airtel numbers that start with 077 it does not work and gives an error saying numbers must start with 097 096 or 095.   Please update this app!

The app automatically adds 2 (two) zeros at the end of each figure, especially transactions for other . This has greatly inconvenienced me and at once point the bank had to reverse a transaction due to this error but it still hasn’t been looked into. The rest of the app seems fine.
