## What is Zanbbel Merchant?

Zanbbel Merchant is the shop-management app from Zanbbel: run your products, orders, shipping and customer conversations from your phone. It is a separate app from the shopping one, so there is no marketplace and no cart here.

Your shop may already be listed

• Tens of thousands of local shops are already listed in Zanbbel from place directories. Search for yours by name or neighbourhood, claim it, and confirm ownership with a code sent to the shop's registered number. No account needed to search.
• Not there? Register your shop from inside the app in a few steps.

Your products

• Add products with names, prices, photos and selling units.
• Variants for size and colour, plus required and optional choices per product.
• Tiered wholesale pricing: a price per quantity, and a minimum order that differs for your own city, another city, and abroad.
• A "what your shop is missing" card tells you in numbers what blocks selling today — products with no price or no weight — and takes you to a list filtered to exactly those. A product with no weight cannot ship, and you learn that before your customer does.

Your orders

• Every order with its detail and status, accepted or declined with a reason.
• A manual order you type yourself for a customer who phoned you.
• Hand-over to the carrier from inside the app: enter the packed weight and box dimensions, choose standard or express, and the shipment is created with a tracking number.

Your customers

• Direct chat with the customer in-app — text, photos and voice notes — without exposing either phone number.
• Your staff see the same conversations: add members with roles, and messages reach the shop's inbox, not only the owner's phone.
• Instant notification for every order and message.

Your marketing

• Coupon campaigns you fund yourself, with a budget you set and per-campaign statistics: uses, unique customers, and what it cost you.
• Promotions on chosen products, with a start and end that run themselves.
• A share link for your shop.

Your shop as customers see it

• Opening hours per day, a one-tap temporary pause when you are swamped, and instant open and close.
• Your pickup location on the map, and the mall or souk you sit in.
• Your logo and cover image.

Your account

• Thirty-day reports: orders, gross and net sales, and best-selling products.

Arabic, English and Turkish. Built to work on weak networks.

To shop and buy, download the "Zanbbel" app.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.13 — 2026-10-01

• The opening screen now has two clear buttons, with "find my shop" right there.
• The category picker has search and your recent picks — and understands how you speak: men's, women's, boys', girls'.
• A local shops page.
• Fixes and stability improvements.

### 1.0.12 — 2026-09-28

• "Zanbbel Business": a wider dashboard for your shop — customers, staff, marketing, reports, reviews and messages in one place.
• Wholesale deals: receive a quantity request from a buyer and offer your payment terms — including a 0% deposit through Zanbbel.
• The handover code for the courier is on the shipment card.
• A new product is born in your shop's currency, not the platform's.
• Error messages name the field with the problem.
• Fixes and stability improvements.

### 1.0.9 — 2026-09-25

• Claiming a shop: the verification code was sometimes rejected before it was ever sent — a hidden character took the first box, and Arabic digits were not accepted. Both fixed.
• "Delete product" is now a clear bar at the foot of the page.
• Preparation time is entered in days, hours and minutes, and the buyer sees it.
• The order page keeps its own currency after a refresh.
• Fixes and stability improvements.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-09-24

• The shipping-cost question carries the buyer's real address, so the quote is for their city, not an estimate for the capital.
• A reserved deposit number is shown in the reader's own language.
• Fixes and stability improvements.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-09-22
