These guys used to be the best pants out there especially for taller bigger guys but  they did away with all their good chinos trying to keep with the trends ands unfortunately kept all their ugly stuff. Tried one of their new pants and the fit is absolutely ridiculous. Very uncomfortable, boxy and you can’t even lift your legs higher than 8” cause they’re so restrictive. Time to find another brand..

Beware that if you need to return anything it will only be store credit and if you are having any issues, the customer service is awful and not helpful. I’ll never be ordering direct from them again

I’ve been a big fan of this brand and wore Sureshot classic slim fit Jogger as well as several newer varieties of it since 2013. My main criticism is that even when they get people through massive flash sales, their shipping fees are really high and the minimum purchase to get free shipping is $150. Are you kidding me? I shouldn’t be paying $20 for a couple joggers.   Please make it more accessible for your customers to get free shipping or lower your minimums!

My new tradition is the Black Friday sale at Zanerobe. Been a customer for 10 years now. It’s all I wear. Pants, shorts, tees, hoodies, jackets… always fly!

Almost my entire wardrobe is Zanerobe, so I don’t have many complaints about the products. However, the constant sales/discounts/promotions are very misleading. They don’t indicate when sales end (what time, which time zone, etc.), they routinely have “huge” sales followed immediately by another bigger sale (tricking you into paying more) and they have a hard no-exchange no-return policy. Also, the waist sizes are wildly inconsistent, so if you order something (and can’t try it on first) you get stuck with clothes that don’t fit that you can’t even exchange them for same-cost credit.

I been with Zanerobe for over 8 years it’s my only brand I wear so far no one can beat the style and quality of their product. Now my wife of getting hoodies from them always recommended to my friends and always will. Zanerobe thank you for your hard and impressive work you do!!! Keep it up.
