## What is Zanuli?

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.3.9 — 2026-10-19

Current version and new features in the app: New features shows the installed version and build number with its changes and manual links. The app and website now use the same changelog source.

Calendar opens on today: Planning shows today when opened. Use Today to return after browsing; automatic refresh keeps your reading position.

Recipes for your meals: Save your own recipes or recipe links with your group. Choose a recipe for a meal, add selected ingredients to Groceries and open the planned recipe on the Kitchen Display.

A clearer view of your household:
• A calmer Home screen with visible completion and Undo.
• Tasks and appointments together in Planning.
• Find tasks, including saved completed tasks.
• Routines and maintenance in one place, with temporary replacement during absence.
• Edit and delete supported appointments.
• Plan meals and add selected ingredients to Shopping.

The kitchen display also improves: pairing through a tablet QR code, clear day columns and week arrows, adjustable dimming and a dedicated management keypad. Update both phone and tablet.

### 1.3.7 — 2026-10-18

A better kitchen display:
• Pair your iPad by scanning the tablet’s QR code with your phone.
• Clear day columns and large arrows for the previous and next week.
• Automatic dimming with adjustable brightness and extra night hours.
• Manage settings using a dedicated number pad. Without a confirmed correct code, it closes after ten seconds.
• View a newly set management code on the phone used to set it.
• Revoking a pairing returns the tablet to setup.

Update both phone and tablet to use all improvements.

### 1.3.6 — 2026-10-14

New in Zanuli:
• Weekly planner with tasks and appointments, also on the kitchen display.
• Connect Google Calendar or iCloud and choose which calendar to share with your group. Google verification is still pending; a warning and user limit may apply.
• Optionally add tasks and maintenance to a connected external calendar. Easily create a task from an appointment.
• Add maintenance using +: choose examples or create your own task, with a date, recurrence, website, phone, email and comments.
• Open dictation directly from the widget.

Improved: clearer calendar status, end dates that move with start dates, more reliable weekly planning and local storage, and easier contact detail controls.

### 1.3.5 — 2026-10-10

Apple Watch app: View and complete tasks on Apple Watch through your paired iPhone. Use the button at the top to open groceries and tick off your purchases. Actions are saved during connection loss until they can sync.

Update check when reopening: Zanuli checks for a newer App Store version when reopened, even if it already checked earlier that day. The update button under More remains available.

Controls under More: Activity recording no longer intercepts taps or swipes, allowing buttons and lists to respond normally.

Logging updated.

### 1.3.3 — 2026-10-09

Easier to get started: set your name, preferred language and first group on one screen. Have an invitation? Join the existing group directly. New users automatically receive a welcome email with helpful tips and guides.
