Redeeming an offer or promo code is confusing and I have yet to successfully do it. There is no where to send feedback in the app so hopefully a poor review will grab your attention. Just 10 minutes on this app I’ve identified many things that need to be changed. There is no option for sauce when ordering a kids bowl. The kids eat free code for Monday does not work. Not user friendly. I guess I’ll continue to go order in person but I wish I could have the convenience of the app. ### 2/5 — Terrible app *2024-02-16* I am so annoyed with the app. There should be a way to get points ordering in person. Half the time I try ordering on the app I end up with the wrong thing- the drop down items to select are annoying and idk if I am just selecting the wrong item or just receiving the wrong food. I couldn’t even get a refund on a cancelled order in the store….. still trying to figure out how to get a refund. ### 5/5 — Basic but works for the purpose *2022-12-13, version 1.0.5* Get points in stores, just ask the cashier. Order and redeem in app. It works. ### 1/5 — What's with the 2012 design? *2022-11-18, version 1.0.5* This app would like amazing back in 2012. It is very poorly designed, no recent updates and there's no way to redeem points in store. Why? ### 1/5 — No way to redeem points from receipt *2022-10-16, version 1.0.5* I downloaded the app expecting to be able to enter a code from my receipt to get some point but there was no such thing available. I don’t really care for ordering in the app & prefer in person, so I’d hope this changes to accommodate to everyone eating at their restaurants. ### 3/5 — Stolen rewards points *2022-10-16, version 1.0.5* App runs just fine but I had 150 points deducted from my rewards without redeeming them! It just says manually adjusted -30 3 different times and then -60 another! That’s 150 points total!
