Please reach out to our support team at zap@paystack.com, and we’ll be happy to help you get set up as quickly as possible. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous charge *2025-04-12* To remain competitive in the market, you need to lower your transfer fees. Moniepoint charges a flat fee of 10 naira, regardless of the amount transferred. With 2 million to 5 million users, you can see how significant that is. Charging 50 naira is unreasonable, especially when there are other apps that offer lower fees. **Developer response:** Hi there, thank you for your honest feedback. However, it would be very helpful if a user could see the balance in each of their linked account before making a transfer also with the charges associated with using the Apple Pay feature are a bit high. Otherwise a great app. ### 5/5 — EASIEST APP I’VE EVER USED *2026-07-01* It’s like Venmo but 100x faster. I was paying street vendors, restaurants, and everything in between.
