## What is zapMYstock Essential?

Do all your employees suddenly apply for leave when you mention stocktake?

That’s because you’re not using zapMYstock Essential! You won't believe how quick and simple your stocktake can be with zapMYstock Essential.

zapMYstock Essential loads the inventory data that's already available in your business software into your own iPhone or iPad, which is then used to count your stock via a simple user-friendly interface, reducing the time and effort that a stocktake usually requires.

zapMYstock Essential scans barcodes via your iOS device's camera, and uses the barcode labels that are already on your products or shelves, allowing you to virtually eliminate data input errors so you'll have an accurate record of your inventory levels. Or you can print your own barcode labels using software available from us or others.

zapMYstock Essential uses a PC-based data transfer program to “translate” the data from your business software into suitable records in your iPhone or iPad. Communications with your device is via your Wi-Fi network.

Whether you’re using an accounting or business software package to run your business, a full featured ERP or WMS, or even just a simple spreadsheet, zapMYstock Essential can take some of the stress out of your stocktake.
