## What is Zapp?

Your training, nutrition, and progress — in one place.

Zapp is the client app for personal trainers and gyms. If your coach uses Zapp, this is where you see your programs, log your work, and stay in sync with your trainer or gym.

WORKOUT PLANS
• View your assigned training program day by day
• Guided workouts with sets, reps, weight, RPE, tempo, and rest timers
