Is it possible for us to have an offline features for our cards, most digital wallets have this. ### 2/5 — Spam Notifications *2024-02-19, version 2.31.2* Ok… so I complained about this before and they actually removed the spam notifications for me, but there still isn’t an option to choose the type of notifications you want to receive. I just received 6 notifications of loyalty cards and special offers this morning…. NOT ACCEPTABLE the app overall is pretty good, but the forced spam is enough to make me want to remove it. If you give us the option to choose what notifications we get, you will have much less irritation coming from us. I am 100% sure you understand that your app without notifications is a terrible option, so you just force adds onto us… fix it or loose customers, both merchants and buyers as I am sure to complain about Zapper every time I see it ### 2/5 — Ozow can’t be Selected *2022-03-23, version 2.22.1* Would love to leave a positive review on my use of the app but I can’t even get that far. Can’t select a payment method. When I go to payment options, nothing pops up. Nothing. Then during the times when I reinstall to try again, Ozow pops up under payment options but your app still doesn’t allow me to select it. Reported twice, granted, they replied, but surely it doesn’t take this long to fix a bug? This is a prime example - when it works zapper is great, and you look forward to using it. Sadly only too often your enthusiasm is slowly crushed after trying the umpteenth time to make a payment. You are so excited that you won’t have to take the two minutes it takes to load card details - but after 10 minutes of reloading the zapper payment you just give up. I get messages from vendors that I have never used and never plan to use. The ability to block or snooze messages from such vendors would be welcomed. When I go shopping, I am asked to “which account” the transaction is to be charged to. I usually let the transaction go against my checking account if I so wish. Waste of data downloading the app ### 1/5 — No login ability and parking pay not working *2025-09-25, version 2.35.2* When I scanned the parking ticket it opened up my web browser to an empty page and wouldn’t let me pay the ticket. Then I uninstall and re-install the app, and it won’t let me login to my account. Instead I have to create a new account with the same phone number and email, overwriting my last account. ### 1/5 — Frustrated user *2025-04-10, version 2.35.0* Can you send confirmations the same day transactions are processed when they have not gone through and also state the reason. I cannot go to the store to pay my accounts and I check and tick all the boxes and get the thumbs up every time after I’ve made payment and I think nothing of it only to go back a few days later and there’s a msg on the app that the payment never went through… ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-03-05, version 2.35.0* It doesn’t work but in a way that’s really annoying because you have to sign up add your card can’t use Apple Pay and only then realize that whoever made this doesn’t care about whoever is using it so much so that when it doesn’t work it just does _nothjng_ ### 1/5 — Can’t Add Card *2022-03-24, version 2.22.1* Doesn’t give option to add a card under payment method. Using iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 15.4 ### 1/5 — SMS verification not working *2021-03-02, version 2.15.6* Have tried repeatedly to verify new device - never get SMS. Support email defaults to apple mail - which is not registered account. Lots of effort required, pity - was such a great app ### 1/5 — Use Zapper if you want to pay 10% more by default *2020-02-19, version 2.10.1* Zapper is functionally equivalent to Snapscan except that it adds several layers of complexity and always charges you a 10% tip by default, which will inevitably lead you to paying more than you intend to on a number of occasions. On top of that, it then attempts to guilt trip you with a sad smiley face if you change the tip percentage to 0%. If you just want to pay for things without your card or cash, I would suggest looking at alternatives. ### 1/5 — Function Missing *2019-11-26, version 2.10.0* Seems like the reference field has been disabled. I cannot use my password manager then, which effectively means you force me to pick a weaker password that is easier to type on a mobile keyboard. Don’t give me crap about it being more “secure”, because if there is something on my phone which “listens” to the pasteboard then I am stuffed anyway.
