Number of times I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still it stuck on the very first page. ### 1/5 — Terrible customer experience *2020-06-11* Downloaded this app after some hype from friends but zappfresh doesn’t deliver in my area. No big deal. But lord help me.. the number of text messages I get from this app merely for registering myself.. drove me so mad I had to leave a review. I can’t even block the number and move on. I have to live with all the “missing momos???????” Spam messages. No I’m not bloody missing momos. Never ever giving this service a try again just because of this. ### 1/5 — Wait till 6 pm than cancelled my order. *2020-05-25, version 1.3.33* Hi, That was the first time when I was using this app. I ordered chicken curry pieces 1000gm. As I expected they didn’t deliver me till 6pm lol than i called to customer care he said sir today I don’t have stock. Lol very pathetic app. Now I m little bit scared also that they will return my money or not. Hahahahaha ### 1/5 — Meat full of harsh chemicals *2020-05-19* I usually don’t leave reviews on app store. But this app is so disappointing that’s why i am writing what happened to me so it must not happen to anyone else. I’ve ordered chicken from this app. It arrived on promised time/date. No complaints there. But the thing which made me to leave one star critical review is, about meat quality and preservative chemical used by this company. After consuming their chicken my throat inflamed and my bowel movement speeded up with gas. After 3-4 hours my throat’s inflammation reduced to 60% approximately. But it remained there for 3 consecutive days. This was because the meat was submerged in harsh chemical in packaging to prevent rotten smell even after days. I noticed when i opened the packaging, there was lot of liquid chemical dripping with sharp acidic smell. My advice is to never order anything from this app. It’s even better to buy fresh chicken from meat market. At least you will not get preservative chemicals despite of antibiotic hoax. Even they haven’t replied my complaints. Their customer service is pathetic. Worst experience ever. ### 2/5 — Product ok, app not so great *2020-05-17* services of the product are fine, but app gives a problem every now and then. If you leave a few products in the cart and when u open it there next day you will not be able to remove them ever, especially if the products become out of stock. Delivery slots are another headache, Sometimes after everything is done, when u try to choose a slot it’s a blank page without any details. Invoice generated has everything added. Like if you order - 2 chicken and 3 mutton you will have an invoice for 5 items.. no idea which product had how much quantity.. it’s all combined.. till now no problems on actual delivery ### 1/5 — Stolen my money and didn’t deliver the product *2020-05-12* I order the product on 28th March from then it started I kept waiting , but the product wasn’t delivered for days I kept informed that there is delay in service deliver due to Coronavirus lockdown,agreed and understood. However after waiting for weeks upset and irritated I asked them to settle the refund , they just sent email saying that refund is settled .I kept checking my Paytm account for days , but no refund received if you call on their helpline number it keeps ringing for ages but non one answers . So people I request you not to use this App and let me tell u same thing happens my boss too. ### 1/5 — Order Not Recieved *2020-05-09, version 1.3.33* Couple of times i have placed the order and waiting for the same and when it is not delivered in given slots so i get in touch with CC they are informing that your order not placed. It is 2nd time this happen they have taken payment and order not delivered and last time i have placed order on 7th Apr and still haven’t recive refund ### 1/5 — Been 28 days, order not received *2020-05-08, version 1.3.33* There is no point in ordering from this godforsaken company. I ordered on 11th April 2020, today is 8th May 2020, and I have still not received my order. The payment has already been made. After writing numerous emails and raising a ticket on their app, I am yet to hear from them. Pathetic customer service by this company. ### 1/5 — Fake and Scamsters *2020-05-01* Guys please do not buy through this app and this is one of the worst apps on the AppStore to buy stuff on . I recently made my first order and till date have not received my order or any refund for the same . They don’t have a proper customer service background check as they are neither responding to the emails nor are they picking up the phone calls . Please it’s a humble request do not place your orders through them, rather go for something more established like a Licious or something. Please I would request you guys to be very careful with this scamster of a company. Stay safe guys . ### 1/5 — Not Recommended *2020-04-13, version 1.3.30* I paid the amount but the company didn’t confirm the order, though it promised to return back money but it haven’t. Service is very poor for example if you call customer care they will not pick your call. Strongly recommend not to use this App. ### 1/5 — Fraudulent activity. App is worst *2020-04-11* On 29th March I had purchased products worth 587 rs and opted for express delivery by paying 25 rs extra. The delivery still hasn’t reached me on 12th April 🤣. Neither they have refunded me. I wrote them at their id. No response. I have been calling their customer care ever since. No contact made so far. I didn’t know you guys are such cheaters. Word of caution, their are many many more better online meat delivery apps are there for Gugaon. Please don’t suffer like me. ### 1/5 — Worst Services Ever *2020-04-08* I ordered chicken from the app and I had one of the worst experiences of my life. There was no update on the status of delivery even after maximum delivery time. Tried calling them for an hour continuously but no response from the people, tried sending mails and raising tickets again and again but all was just waste of time. Now I don’t want the order but again I can’t cancel it. Can’t even have the money back which I spent on buying something from this stupid app. Worst Customer Service and pathetic app overall. ### 1/5 — What a pathetic service!! *2020-04-03, version 1.3.30* Guys plz do not order anything from them better option is Licious. These guys take orders and would stop responding will not deliver also they delete ur comments from social media if you leave any feedback. Its the worst service I have ever used infact I never got a chance to use. 😆 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Fraud or scam *2026-02-15* Placed an order during their promotional offer (Everest ₹14) with a scheduled delivery window of 1 PM – 2 PM. The order was not delivered within the promised time, and there has been zero response from customer support. No updates on the app. No reply on WhatsApp. No response on Instagram DMs. Completely unresponsive. What’s more disappointing than the delay is the lack of communication. If you cannot meet delivery timelines, at least inform customers proactively. Ignoring customers after taking payment is unacceptable. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend ordering from this platform. ### 1/5 — Shameful Delivery Commitment by Zappfresh *2022-03-09, version 1.3.35* I found myself stuck with the commitment of Zappfresh express delivery and unfortunately I’ve to go purchase in local market for chicken due to no delivery by the Zappfresh. If you can’t meet the delivery deadline then why do you commit and charge for it. Please review your system as I’ve suffered a lot. Please don’t trust Zappfresh for delivery. ### 1/5 — Quality went from superb to worst. U hv lost loyal customer today. *2021-09-27* New update: I have been ordering meat and seafood in Delhi from zappfresh since 2018. I’m finally moving to Licious and Fresh to Home. Since last year, meat and seafood quality is not good. Felt cheated multiple times. Today received chicken without any package or labels, just a vacuum sealed transparent plastic bag with bloody water, delivered in a red jute carry bag with no labels or receipts. Simply suggests it was bought from some local wholesaler and delivered without any Branding or any labels. Earlier, I had stopped purchasing meat and seafood in 2020 as wrong fish was delivered or rotten fish and bad quality chicken was delivered. After ordering from other brands, thought again to purchase but after 3 orders and complaints, I am finally moving on to other brands. You have lost one of your most loyal customer forever. A company which doesn’t cares about customers needs won’t survive in the long run. Bye. My review back in 2018: I wish zappfresh opened up branches in Kolkata, Bengalis are non vegetarian and I think Bengalis consume the most non veg items on daily basis. But after eating meat and fish in Delhi, I dislike buying meat and fish from local stores in Kolkata. Tried superstores as well but it's nothing compared to the quality of chicken available in Delhi. The delivery is sent on a bike in a backpack with no temp control. Its all spoiled in 40 degree heat of Noida. I raised a ticket for this. For 4 weeks, no response on the ticket. Then I get a message that the ticket has been closed. No resolution is mentioned and the money was still not reverted to my bank. I raised another ticket and the same thing happened. 4 week no action, then ticket is closed and money is not refunded. ### 1/5 — Full of bugs *2020-12-09, version 1.3.34* This app is full of bugs. Shows undefined i many fields. If the payment is unsuccessful or i cancel the payment the cart becomes empty when coming back. I am not able to edit details in my profile. I chose the fastest delivery and paid 25rs extra .. Its not about 25rs but the time ..I was waiting for the order for 4 hrs and no one delivered after regular calling customer support said to deliver in next 30 min again it took 2 hr and i kept calling then no one picked ..
