It was the first time I have used this service and it exceeded expectations. Customer support chat was super helpful and provided assistance when I had any questions and the app was so easy to use. Created a lovely book capturing our daughters first year with all our messages, pictures and video. Arrived quickly and was delighted with the professional and polished product. Will make an excellent Christmas present for family. 100% will use it again. Encargué 5 libros, dos lo omitieron porque si y me duplicaron 1, cuando le comenté lo que estaba pasando, les mande una captura de lo que había comprado y se lavaron las manos. Me echaron la culpa a mi y además me hacían de pagar por algo que ya pagué para que me lo enviaran. Lamentable ### 2/5 — Schöne Idee, leider an vielen Punkten nutzerunfreundlich *2018-10-21, version 1.2.5* Die App stürzt beim Hochladen des Chats mehrfach ab. Es stört sehr nicht ganze Monate löschen zu können bzw wäre es hilfreich gewesen ganz viele nachrichten auf einmal auswählen zu können um sie dann löschen zu können. Es ist leider sehr nervig wenn man von einem tag nur 2 nachrichten behalten will man dann natürlich nicht den ganzen Tag löschen kann und die restlichen 1000 Nachrichten des Tages alle einzeln löschen muss. Beim Layout hat sich leider einiges nicht so geschoben um gute Kapitel zu haben und seine Seiten zu strukturieren, dafür auch ein Abzug. Generell eine gute Idee aber ich würde mir die Bedienung deutlich einfacher wünschen um dann am Ende für ein Büchlein im A5 format immer noch mindestens 30€ zahlen zu müssen. ### 4/5 — Mr s *2021-10-25, version 2.0.5* I found it very easy to download my messages and get them put into a hardback book I think the books are a great quality . ### 4/5 — Easy to use *2020-06-11* After my first Zapptales book in 2017, I created my second book just recently and was pleased to see that many new functions are now available. The app is easy to use though I designed the book on the computer, the web interface is intuitive and user-friendly. I was missing an option to jump to certain dates, I had to click through many pages all the time. No changes unfortunately in the last three years for the limited options for the title design and fonts. Im Live-Chat erhält man sofort Hilfe bei Fragen. Auch wenn man viele davon hat waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider kann man die Seitenaufteilung nicht selbst gestalten. Somit werden manche Texte „auseinandergerissen“. Das finde ich persönlich sehr schade. Leider fehlte mir auch die Info, in welchem Format (A5) das Buch erstellt wird. Ansonsten ist die Qualität des Buches gut. Musste mehrere Anläufe nehmen da das Volumen doch sehr groß war. Buch sehr schön. Hatte gedacht das es A4 Format ist deswegen einen Punkt Abzug. Das Buch ist somit sehr dick. Größeres Format wäre für mich besser gewesen . Avere la possibilità di eliminare eventuali messaggi/foto, la trovo una funzione molto importate, perché permette di “cucire a misura” il libro! I was always scared that I’d lose our chats and this is the only solution I could find. They printed the chats beautifully… like a book. Three, actually. My husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer, and was given 6-12 months to live. We began a WhatsApp group to inform people of his progress, hospital stays etc. It became far more than that. While he felt well enough we travelled, holidayed and did some wonderful things. All conversations, photos and videos created a chronicle of his last 12 months. Also had great messages of encouragement from people. After he passed away, I desperately wanted to somehow ‘keep’ all that communication. A friend told me about Zapptales. The book, is just wonderful and so very special. I love it. The platform was pretty easy to use, which was necessary with me being a technophobe! Brilliant service.
