I kept following up to expedite resolving it so I could book my trip at least 48 hours before my flight, as required by the Zaps Premium policy. As we approached the 48-hour mark, I still hadn’t received a response. When I asked if the service could be booked manually from their side, I was informed that it had to be done through the app, which left me with the impression that I might not receive the service at all. Later, on the same day of my flight, I was contacted by the concierge, Nayida Sheikh, who confirmed the trip and took over the arrangements. She was very helpful and ensured everything was prepared smoothly. The chauffeur arrived on time and was extremely professional, making the ride comfortable and stress-free. I tried to contact them for the drivers details and they kept replaying rest assured that the driver will meet you at the pick up point. Guess what, I barely made it to the airport because no one show up. Total unprofessional and scammers. Had issues in the past with them sending a driver at wrong day, and then for the same booking at the wrong time. However, we ended not be able to use the service for 24 hours issue. ### 1/5 — Absolutely scam *2025-09-10, version 1.0.32* Its a scam run by indian individuals, everytime you want to make reservation they tell its not covered since they want the way going to the airport and back 45! Why would it concern me the driver going back? My place is 30 KM from airport and they refused the ride. But I’ve used the app three times now (twice in Saudi Arabia and once in London) and all of my experiences were excellent. The drivers were professional, arrived early, waited patiently, and were very polite. I didn’t face any delays or issues with the rides. Although I occasionally experienced a minor technical issue with the app, it was quickly resolved. The customer service is poor and slow. Generally they are late for pick up the last one 45 mins late at the airport due to “traffic”. I asked if another driver was closer but they never answered. Their latest customer service disaster was to cancel a pick up because I had the flight departure time wrong by 20 mins. Correct date, correct time, correct flight number . When I asked this to be reinstated they said as less then 48 hours notice they refused- great customer service. Uber black every time- cheaper and no stress.
