The order process is streamlined. However, what should be a very useful feature -favourites lists - is useless to me on my iPhone. I can’t create a new list to add products to because the keyboard covers the SELECT button that should conclude the process. I can’t see a way to get past this and had to close the app to move on. PLUS you can’t hold down the product reference number to be able to paste it into the chat area to even ask about it. Meine Bestellung ist nie bei mir angekommen, und trotzdem musste ich über einen Monat auf meine Rückerstattung warten. Während dieser Zeit habe ich mehrfach den Kundenservice kontaktiert und wurde jedes Mal nur vertröstet, ohne eine klare Lösung oder konkrete Informationen zu erhalten. Es kann nicht sein, dass Kund:innen für Fehler im Versandprozess so lange auf ihr Geld warten müssen. Besonders frustrierend war, dass ich ständig selbst nachhaken musste, anstatt dass sich Zara Home proaktiv um das Problem kümmert. So stellt man sich weder Service noch Kundenzufriedenheit vor. Für mich war das eine äußerst negative Erfahrung, und ich werde dort künftig nicht mehr bestellen. First of all, it regularly jumps back to the top of the page, which makes it really hard to browse products near the bottom. Also, I wish there were an option to view all products on one page instead of having everything separated into small categories. Drove back home 45 minutes in total, spoke with customer service through this app and was simply given return instructions. I am expected to pay myself to ship back even though I paid to ship here and drive to store to return. Refused to let me speak with a manager . Told me no one could help me. I. The past 12 months between the two stores I gave spent close to 5k on decor and items for my home remodel. Ce qui est très mauvais pour la batterie! Pour couronner le tout, le système de défilement est insupportable. Si on s’arrête deux secondes pour regarder un produit, la barre de recherche descend et décale le reste de la page vers le bas. On est obligé de lutter en scrollant non-stop pour éviter ce mouvement automatique agaçant.
