A simple review format will change everything ### 4/5 — なんとなく、 *2026-08-03* 使いやすいような、 無いような。 個人的に感じるのは、 お気に入りボタンが小さ過ぎて商品ページを開いてしまう事が時々ある。 返品するといつ集荷に来るのか分からず、大体、 受け渡し出来ないので、 再集荷に来て頂くような事になっていて、 今のご時世、これってどうなのかな、と。 (余計なお世話だけど) 佐川がこき使われても メリットがあれば良いのですが、 時間の束縛が少なからずあり返品の他選択肢がないため、少し疲れる。 あと、ダメージ返品の際、 事前に連絡入れなければならない事を知らず、 最初、送料1000以上負担したので、そこはオンラインで完結してほしい。 その点、微妙にアナログ感はあれど、H&Mは返品送料もかからず返品理由も紙でお伝え出来るし集荷依頼も決めた時間。 ### 2/5 — Loggy and slow *2026-07-30, version 18.16.0* Everytime I use this app to shop it’s always loggy some of the items were not even loading it’s just blank even though I have internet connection. Not sure why you have such a person as an employee ### 3/5 — Clothing Good, App Meh *2026-07-29* I’m with others when they mention the quality of the photos and up-close detail. Many photos are grainy and more appropriate for a magazine layout. I get that that’s “marketing”, but the site /app could be way better about not only showing more detail (sometimes they do, though often not), but the descriptions are often super vague (even a little wrong). There is currently an item listed as “ZW COLLECTION MID-RISE TAPERED FLORAL JEANS”. 1. They are NOT tapered; they’re a full-leg and appear straight. “Tapered” is when the pant-leg narrows from the thigh to the ankle. 2. The jeans are CUFFED. In every picture, they are shown this way, but it doesn’t mention whether they were styled this way and can be undone, or if they are actually sewn this way, as many of their pants currently being sold are. It’s things like this that irk me. I majored in fashion and textile in college, so use of correct and full descriptions with online clothing is important to me to give the whole picture of what I’m getting. I gave deleted the app, reloaded, cleared cache… it’s so annoying. The find in store only works intermittently ### 1/5 — Worst delivery and customer service. *2026-08-20, version 18.18.1* I ordered 3 perfumes, the package was left outside of mail room, (unattended, no sign or handed to mail clerk ) it was obviously stolen. Customer service said not refund or solution, cause it was delivered to right address?? Deleting my account and app ### 1/5 — ネット注文での注意点 *2026-08-10* 今回セールにてオンラインショップにて購入。注文した商品が２週間以上、手続き中で止まっていたため、カスタマーセンターに問い合わせたところ、スペインの倉庫にて在庫確保できています、準備でき次第随時、発送します。との案内を聞き１週間待ったが、オンラインサイトを確認しても手続き中から変化なし。再度、カスタマーセンターに問い合わせたところ、同じくスペインの倉庫にて商品の在庫確保済み。発送にお時間がかかっているとの案内。お時間がかかるからキャンセルでも大丈夫と案内されるが、在庫確保と案内受けたので、待ちます。と伝える。 しかし、さらに２週間ほど経った後にオンラインサイトをたまたま見ると、勝手に商品のキャンセル手続きにされ、注文が取消し状態になってました。 キャンセルのメールもなし、何の連絡もなしで一方的にキャンセルにされました。 カスタマーセンターに問い合わせたところ、在庫確保が出来ておらずキャンセル手続きをしたとの案内。対応も平謝りで終わり。違うところでセール品を買えば良かったです。 カスタマーセンターは当てにならないので、要注意。 ### 1/5 — The worst customer support *2026-08-05, version 18.16.2* Don’t buy there, they will split your order into shipments and deliver one to the wrong place and then refuse to do anything about it because it is was ‘safely delivered’. The worst experience I ever had.
