## What is Zarrah?

Zarrah helps you plan around prayer times, Hijri dates, fasting, Qibla direction, worship habits, focus time, and travel prayer windows.

Keep salah, tasks, calendar planning, fasting notes, and habit tracking together without jumping between separate apps.

PRAYER TIMES AND DAILY PLANNING
Zarrah calculates Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha, sunrise, midnight, and the last third of the night for your location. Build tasks around fixed times or relative to prayer, such as before Maghrib or after Fajr. Use prayer windows to shape work, study, family plans, and personal routines.

HIJRI CALENDAR AND FASTING
See Hijri and Gregorian dates together. Zarrah supports Islamic day boundaries that begin at Maghrib, regional Hijri offsets, Ramadan, Ayyam al-Beed, Mondays, Thursdays, Arafah, Ashura, and other meaningful fasting days. Prepare suhoor and iftar reminders, save fasting notes, and keep voluntary fasts visible.

HABITS, QIBLA, FOCUS, AND TRAVEL
Track worship habits and personal routines with streaks that respect the Islamic day boundary. Find Qibla direction when you need it. Protect salah, study, bedtime, or deep work with focus blocking on supported devices. Keep prayer windows visible when travel plans or flight times change your day.

OFFLINE AND SYNC
Core prayer time and calendar calculations work offline. Sign in to sync tasks, habits, settings, and profile data across devices.

BUILT FOR MUSLIM DAYS
Use Zarrah when prayer, family, study, work, fasting, and travel all compete for attention. The app keeps Islamic time at the center of planning while staying calm enough to check every day.

### 5/5 — Great Initiative

*2026-01-26*

Great idea and great Initiative!

### 3/5 — Great Intention, not so great execution (so far)

*2025-03-19*

I understand that this app was meant for good deeds and I’m sure they’re getting sawab for the intention but why does the app operate as if it’s in a testing phase with no mention of that? I downloaded it with some expectations of a customized to do list for visual reminders and it wasn’t as I expected so I decided to move on. Tell me why this app won’t allow me to delete my account and no one from their side ever got back to me when I tried to reach out via email(s)?

Update لاجل الامانة : The developers reached out to me with a very polite and apologetic email and they were able to delete my account instantly from their end. If you have better patience that I do, maybe give it a test drive and decide for yourself while keeping in mind this is a Beta version and the response time for any inquiries isn’t ideal.

**Developer response:** I’m truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused you. This is absolutely not the experience I wanted you to have, and I take full responsibility for it.

I’ve now deleted your account as requested, so you won’t have to deal with this issue any longer. From the screenshot you shared via email, it looks like you might be on an older version of the app, which could have caused the error. That being said, I’ll make sure this bug is properly addressed so no one else faces the same issue, inshaAllah.

Also, I want to acknowledge that the app is still in early beta, and that’s on me for not making it clearer throughout the experience. I should have communicated that better, and I truly appreciate your patience despite this.

### 5/5 — the app is good

*2025-03-09*

Love it

### 3/5 — The app has potential but needs some refinement

*2025-03-07, version 1.0.3*

The app is great, really sleek and suggests so many wonderful habits to incorporate into your life, Allahuma barik to the developers. However, there’s a few tweaks that need to be made to make it an excellent app. It would be better if you could change when you can do those habits - right now they all sit under Fajr except for evening Adhkar. If you check off a habit they don’t seem to stay checked off when you reopen the app. Also, you can’t seem to look at the days gone past to check what habits you hit or the days ahead. You seem to only be able to look at the day you’re currently on. It would also be nice to incorporate other tasks that aren’t directly related to deen so you can actively plan around your salah times.

### 5/5 — Very nice design

*2025-03-04*

One of the best designs Ive see in an app. Tracking my prayers with this now.

### 5/5 — great design and aesthetics

*2025-03-04*

i love the aesthetics of this app. the design is minimal and to the point. Will be using this to track my islamic goals and as a todo list too inshaAllah.

there’s afew bugs here and there but i like how fast they get fixed.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your experience! We're glad you love the design and find it useful for your goals. We appreciate your patience with the bugs and are continually working to improve.

### 4/5 — Good potential

*2025-03-03, version 1.0.1*

A nice sleek app with lots of potential. Perhaps allowing me to integrate this with my other daily activities (work/study etc) or add them into the app would be a nice touch for me to really be able to plan and organise my day around doing my daily prayers/Quran/dhikr. Would definitely use it a lot more then

### 4/5 — Small change

*2025-03-03, version 1.0*

Really nice app for Islamic reminders however would be better if we could change what time of days certain reminders show and for the dhikr after salah if it could be shown after all salah times not just fajr
