Is constantly glitching will not let me view wrong answers looses track of progress.

Their support team is a total joke. They claim someone at my location deactivated my account to do my training and nobody would do that when they know I have to complete it in order to do my assistant manager certification test. And they won’t even tell me the “manager” they claim deactivated me. Like there’s no store manager right now at our location and our district manager wouldn’t deactivate me since he is the one trying to get me to finish my training. This is a joke of a stupid training website. They should have never switched from their original system.
