Instead you have manually add the points from your receipt and has to be within 48 hours makes no sense and is pointless . ### 2/5 — Fries *2026-08-25, version 13.1.0* I ordered a side of fries with no seasoning and when I got home, it looked like they took the easy way out and just dropped the fries back in the fryer to get rid of the seasoning and heat them up. They were black and brown and awful. I drove back up there and showed the manager on duty and there was no apology. He just asked me if I wanted anything free for the inconvenience. I said no. That I just want fresh hot food. So many places for people to go to eat, why would you mess it up for the ones that do pick Zaxby’s to eat at. This was unacceptable. Do better. Whenever I try to order and pay for the food, I get the message, “Oh, no. There is an issue with your order. Please try again or a different location.” I try that and still the same thing. I swear I’m not broke and the stores are open. I’ve tried changing it to pickup, still the same message. I made an order added the promotion, even selected a sauce to go with the tenders. Hit place order. Arrived five minutes later to pick up my order. My order included an Asian chicken salad, plus the promotion, when I arrive, it was just my chicken salad, and the promotion was not even on the receipt, I showed the manager the promotion on my phone, at first, he did not want to scan it. He said “you already paid.” I said, “please just try to scan it.” he tried to scan it, and it said “ promotion not found” The entire reason I went back to Zaxbys was because I filled out that promotion and took the time to give them honest answers just for it all to be worth nothing to get nothing in return. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-08-03, version 13.0.1* App constantly glitches and runs in circles. I’ve reinstalled numerous times to get to function properly, however I end up in a loop when trying to order because the app Needs you to log in before placing, but won’t allow login to process. ### 1/5 — Very Disappointed *2026-08-03, version 13.0.1* I went to the Temple Tx Zaxbys on 31st street drive through and order a Grilled House Zalad. After paying for the Zalad, I was first of all given the wrong Zalad, then second of all the Zalad was wilted. I drove back around to the drive through and asked for another salad and was told that all the salads are the same and asked me did I want a refund? I responded yes and was then told that the manager said that I had to come inside for my refund. Mind you there were no cars behind me and it took her every bit of five seconds to refund my cash. I feel that the staff, to include the cashier had an attitude as though I came at them crazy. I was very polite and just wanted the issue fix.
