This app isn’t able to connect with drivers and isn’t useful

I called to get taxi and after a few minutes one driver called me and told me he is on the way, told me to wait him10 minutes, I said ok then I called him back after 30 minute then he ask me 2 minutes to get to my address after 20 minutes I called him a gain but  he doesn’t respond my call! So don’t waste your time by trying to Use  zayRide

One of the driver told me that he will arrive there in 9 minutes and took 20 minutes, we cancel our trip because we missed our movie schedule and he still didn’t arrive half the time way, it would take another 10-20 minutes to arrive on our location. ZayRide team you should fix this kind of things.

This app doesn’t work at all, it crashes every time I open it. Perhaps the developers need to update it to iOS 11, but I am not sure having never tried it on the older iOS’s.

On my trip to Addis one of my friend had recommend me to us zayride when I need a taxi. I had the best experience, the drivers are very well behaved and professional. Please keep up the good work on helping out beautiful country grow

It has always been a hustle trying to find a taxi in Addis, the fair negotiation by itself takes quite my time. I was just trying the app, didn’t really think it was functional but I was surprised to see the driver at my door step within few minutes. Really, keep up the good work.
