Always impeccable quality, although I do wish the design boundaries were a little bigger on some items. The prices and delivery are very reasonable as well. I manually typed in my address twice after it corrected once on their site and I also made absolutely sure before placing my order that the correct address was where they would ship to. On the delivery day it showed as my old address in IA that is my soon to be ex husband house! In a complete panic I tried contacting them to stop delivery but could not reach anyone. Their customer service communication is horrible! The app is only a step better than using it on the website itself. What should take 10 minutes to edit takes a whole day.
