The iOS app doesn’t support event edits, so I went on their desktop site to make the edits but the “save” button on the edit page is grey. I’ve had this issue for WEEKS so the event info is technically incorrect, and I’ve had to answer FAQ about things for the party over and over again because I can’t update event info. I’ve logged on multiple times in the past several weeks to try again, but the “save” button is always grey and there is no option on the site or the app to communicate with a person about this bug. This is a HUGE issue to me. I should have full ability to edit my event details section, and if it weren’t for this, I would have said this was a great site. This review is literally the only way I can think of to get someone to help me with this issue but my event is less than 7 days away so it’s almost too little too late now. ### 2/5 — Updates *2026-08-09, version 7.3* How to get in contact with the developer? I am constantly and frequently clicking read all after I have opened and read. Yet the red notification dot stays. Frequently people cannot open the links. The potluck doesn’t work most of the time. My guests always have issues with seeing it, so I was constantly fielding questions about what to bring. The photo sharing should be optional. We use this at least twice a month and up to 5 times a month…we’re not casual users. ### 3/5 — Glitching *2026-07-08, version 7.2* I like the app, except now that I’m trying to update rsvps it glitches every time! It gives an error message once it asks if the guest is bringing guests. So I can’t update my guest list. ### 3/5 — Please fix badge notifications, make it easier to get it to go away *2026-06-18, version 7.2* I want badge notifications when I’m invited to a new event, and I don’t mind them reminding me of an event coming up that I’ve RSVP’d to. But when i see the badge alert I have to click on many things and often close and reopen the app multiple times for it to acknowledge I’ve seen it and have the badge notification go away. It’s annoying!!! ### 2/5 — Invite *2026-06-07, version 7.2* The app wasn’t user friendly. I made a had a misspelling on invite and I couldn’t change without resending to all invites! Which totally unnecessary. It also didn’t let me display the back side of invite which had the event details. Won’t use again. ### 4/5 — Great for Invitations *2026-04-17, version 7.0.3* This app is great of sending out your invites and getting a great count on guest. It also provides a camera for the event so guest can post pictures. It was always fantastic and had no issues. Since becoming Zazzle, it has been so buggy that we’re looking into other alternatives. Super disappointing. ### 1/5 — Hobnob to Zazzle. Still Buggy and Frustrating *2026-06-28, version 7.2* I started with Hobnob to make simple invitations and collect RSVP items. Then the system was bought out by Zazzle. Very difficult to get my own flyers into the system with limited options on placing the required text over my graphic designs. When invitees are asked RSVP, they get bombarded by ads to get the app to join, signup to create events, etc. The simple task of collecting RSVPs got muddied and complicated for the invitees….all they see are promotions to join Zazzle. I don’t need to pay Zazzle to do their advertising via my events. I canceled my subscription after two years as a monthly event planner. ### 1/5 — Not the old HobNob *2026-06-11, version 7.2* I feel like all these reviews are leftover from pre-Zazzle hobnob. Made my first event since they were acquired and it’s glitchy as hell. The app is showing an error if folks RSVP without adding a plus 1. Tried to change the setting to remove the plus 1 guest count and got an error message there too. Tried to go to the help section and it never loaded despite multiple attempts - hence why I’m leaving this review. Hobnob was an excellent tool for party planning. Not sure what exactly has changed but so far my experience using Zazzle has been frustrating and not worth the hassle. ### 1/5 — Can’t get rid of old events *2026-04-26, version 7.0.3* Ever since Zazzle took over Hobnob, all of our past events are listed again so it’s impossible to find new events ### 1/5 — Problems with app *2026-03-20, version 6.6.4* I’ve used this app for years without problems, but recently it stopped working correctly. My recent invites don’t show up at all—only invites from years ago are visible. I updated the app and even paid twice, assuming the issue was due to an outdated version, but that didn’t fix anything. This is clearly a bug.
