Ha un design che l’intuitività non la vede neanche passare col binocolo, caotico, passaggi su menu e sottomenu e nomenclature che non concepisco. Per non parlare del sito internet che per me rimane la cosa più mostruosa e oscena mia vista sul web. Bisogna pensare che chi utilizza questi servizi non sono tutti laureati in informatica che vivono di computer, ci sono anche persone che non lo sanno neanche accendere. Possibile che non si possa fare un’interfaccia con 4 icone permessi, ferie rimborso spese, e timbrature in un’unica schermata semplice? La divisione workplace - workflow è poco funzionale (almeno per come la utilizzo) sia da desktop che da mobile. La schermata iniziale non contiene nemmeno una delle funzioni che mi aspetterei di trovare in una home: timbro/ richieste/ calendario delle presenze si trovano tutti in posti diversi, mentre c’è uno spazio per comunicazioni e per i cedolini che, francamente, non mi spiego perché non sia semplicemente ridotto a icona. Ho poi problemi a geolocalizzarmi ogni giorno, o a registrare con la prima timbratura l’entrata…ci sono tanti margini di miglioramento! ### 1/5 — Timbratura Cartellino NFC *2023-06-08, version 14.3.1* La mia azienda sta implementando la funzione di timbratura del cartellino tramite tag NFC ed in qualche modo questo richiede un passaggio AGGIUNTIVO rispetto alla timbratura standard… invece di ridurre il numero di passaggi necessari… in pieno stile nazional popolare usiamo la tecnologia per rendere le cose più complesse anziché più semplici. UPDATE IN RISPOSTA A VS. RICHIESTA Una timbratura standard tramite zConnect richiede che l’utente 1. effettui l’accesso all’app, 2. selezioni “Nuova Timbratura” e 3. selezioni poi la spunta blu di conferma. Una timbratura con TagNFC richiede che 1. l’utente effettui l’accesso, 2. selezioni nuova timbratura, 3. selezioni lettura tag, 4. effettui la lettura del tag, 5. confermi la timbratura dopo la lettura del tag tramite la spunta blu. L’utilizzo di nuove tecnologie dovrebbe ridurre al minimo i passaggi… ad esempio una “card dipendente” nel wallet che effettui direttamente la lettura del tag registrando la presenza tramite verifica biometrica… ma capisco che investire in questo tipo di sviluppo sia utopico, soprattutto per zucchetti, ma quanto meno limitate il processo ai passaggi 1(accesso all’app) e 4 (lettura del tag)… ### 1/5 — Sempre problemi *2022-12-16, version 13.1.1* Due volte su tre non si connette, se si connette, gli ultimi documenti da visualizzare non sono disponibili ... se sono disponibili bisogna cliccarli più volte per vederli. Quando faccio una richiesta ferie o permesso non va mai a buon fine al primo colpo: bisogna riprovare e riprovare finché, dopo che mi sono disconnesso e riconnesso, dopo aver chiuso e riaperto l’app, al trentordicesimo tentativo, e dopo aver imprecato contro tutti i santi del calendario, finalmente ottengo la conferma di invio. Poi devo sempre verificare che sia arrivata la notifica all’approvatore, perché non è così scontato che il Workflow abbia funzionato. Un paio d’anni fa funzionava meglio, ora proprio... peccato perché manca totalmente di affidabilità. Il più delle volte rinuncio e mi collego col PC perché se provo ad accedere via web con lo smartphone, le pagine sono tutte incasinate e non si riesce a concludere nulla nemmeno lì. Mah, cari amici sviluppatori ho come l’impressione che se arrivano a segno solo un decimo degli accidenti che vi auguro ogni volta, probabilmente sarete tutti in fin di vita. ### 1/5 — Già Pessima, ma sempre peggio!!’ *2022-11-30, version 13.1.0* Aggiornamento di ieri ancora peggio di tutti gli altri… oggi mette tutte le timbrature sulla stessa riga senza separare più la giornata è creando un caos totale!!!!! Credo che sia difficile fare peggio di così, applicazione inutile, se si pensa che serve a gestire la nostra produttività.piena di bug, ad ogni release rilasciata ne aggiungono altri nuovi. Perde tante timbrature non inviandole al server, le anomalie di timbratura spesso non compaiono sei costretto a visualizzarle sul sito web altrimenti non ti rendi conto. Non sincronizza tra dispositivi differenti, se hai 2 cellulari e timbri da ambedue è un pasticcio e nessuno dei due ha le timbrature dell’altro... Se correggi le anomalie sul sito e l’applicazione le aveva già segnalate, rimangono anomalie sul telefono.
