If you check the Facebook page you will see that others have the same issues and do not recommend. Secondly you can only have one child account despite it being ‘for all the family’ I followed the instructions and the green button to add another child doesn’t exist! AVOID AVOID AVOID ### 1/5 — Good and bad *2024-08-27, version 3.5.3* I like zcooly, but the sign in is absolutely ridiculous! Pros The characters are cute and fun Cons 1, you can’t cancel the subscription. 2, you can’t add another player. 3, 12 pound a month!?! 4, just an absolute joke! I do not recommend. ### 1/5 — App Charges Subscription Fee While Subscription Is Paused *2024-04-17* I had paused my subscription last month and was charged a monthly fee for this month. I had sent a message to customer service requesting the refund and I have not heard back or received the refund. ### 1/5 — Beware *2024-03-15* This app will NOT let you cancel the trial/member ship. It just says “the pause could not be schedule because the start or end date is in the past” I have contacted customer support and have not heard back yet. This game will over heat your iPhone.
