## What is ZCS Azzurro?

The Azzurro monitoring application allows you to monitor all the inverters and storage systems in Azzurro simply and intuitively via smartphone.
The app allows you to view the data of the systems, it will therefore be possible to have the complete display of all the energy flows.
Open Azzurro monitoring, enter the serial number of the inverter you want to monitor, register your system and access all the features:
- Visualization of the weather, of the values relating to photovoltaic production, to the exchange of energy with the grid, to the consumption of your home and to the contribution of the batteries in terms of charge and discharge.

Die Daten werden mit 15 Stellen hinter dem Komma angezeigt. Teilweise gar nicht . Die Graphik ist sehr unübersichtlich und nicht Echtzeit.

Die App oder der Server sind schlecht gemacht. Die Daten von der Anlage, die man angezeigt bekommt, sind teilweise mehrere Stunden alt. Ein überwachen ist somit nicht möglich und das Eingreifen im Notfall (z.B. beim Ausfall der Anlage) ist nur Verspätet und somit mit finanziellen Verlusten umsetzbar.

A me funziona tutto molto bene. Impianto nuovo di qualche mese. Con iphone e IOS 16 non si è mai bloccato. Vedo la % della batteria, i vari flussi, la produzione e il consumo dalla rete. Con l’ultimo aggiornamento il grafico viene aggiornato ogni 5/10 min. dall’app si vedono grafici in più rispetto al portale internet e alcune volte il portale riporta dei piccoli errori sui flussi di energia . Nonostante tutti i commenti negativi e i timori iniziali mi ritengo soddisfatto. Nello stesso periodo un mio amico ha installato un inverter di una nota marca cinese huawei e ha avuto diversi problemi sia hardware che software.

Buon giorno vorrei segnalare il malfunzionamento APP, I DUE GRAFICI flusso energetico corrente e produzione non sono sincronizzati non aggiornano in tempo reale e voi nella descrizione su App Store dichiarate l’aggiornamento ogni 5 minuti che nel mio caso non sono riuscito a capire i tempi, pannello fotovoltaico grigio nessun flusso verso batterie e nessuna freccia di flusso dinamica, batteria azzurra con freccia dinamica verso casa 990 watt mentre nel grafico produzione mi dà tutt’altro. PRODUZIONE: Flusso dinamico con freccia da pannelli verso batterie e da pannelli verso casa azzurri in più flusso da Enel verso casa con freccia dinamica grigia prelievo 50 watt come é possibile? Consumo casa 190 watt 140 watt da pannelli e 50 watt da Enel? Con una produzione di 2650 watt con un flusso verso batterie di 2510 watt. In attesa del ripristino funzionamento spero in breve tempo.

Tarda mucho en actualizar, hoy llevo mas de 8 horas con los datos de ayer y din actualizar. Aplicación muy lenta y muy pobre en contenido. Muchas veces da datos erróneos comparados con los que me da la central. Nada fiable!

It’s been 2 months now using this app and almost every day my electricity production is never correct. Time to time in the day showing some irrelevant numbers such as 300kwh while I’m having a 4kwh system. Causing the daily produced amount to be extremely large and not possible to monitor your system , the only thing that this app is doing . So at the moment completely useless as I have to go out on the inverter and check for the real data

Es lo peor que he visto en primer lugar aconsejo no comprar este tipo de inversores por qué hasta un juguete de niños lleva mejor software que está marca de inversores y en segundo lugar si ya lo has comprado te aconsejo que te pongas un software de monitorización que no sea el de zcs este no da lecturas correctas y se queda pillado muchas veces en definitiva no da la fiabilidad que debe dar

La dashboard riporta dati senza una data e un orario di riferimento, unico modo per percepire a quando risale l’ultimo aggiornamento è guardare il grafico e prendere una lente di ingrandimento per intuire tra quale ora è quale ora il cloud si è aggiornato. Il quadro sinottico non è malvagio nel suo insieme. Va bene che zucchetti azzurro è un bel brand e il colore istituzionale e scontato, ma sarebbe più immediato se si assegnasse un colore ad ogni casella del quadro (che so… arancio per il fotovoltaico, rosso per la rete, verde le batterie e AZZURRO per la casa. Sarebbe utile inserire la possibilità di creare delle notifiche dall’app, come ad esempio avvisi su soglie di carico prestabilite o SoC della batteria sotto una certa soglia o quando raggiunge la carica 100% etc. Anche una pagina riepilogativa delle statistiche della sola batteria, magari messa in un sotto menu “avanzate” come la scarica più profonda, kW erogati, cicli di carica, tensione, insomma parametri vitali che magari un utente più esigente può apprezzare. Stessa cosa per il comparto fotovoltaico. Infine i messaggi di errore costanti sugli aggiornamenti e connessioni al cloud andrebbero risolti. E un buon punto di inizio ma, personalmente, ci si deve lavorare parecchio ancora.
