So you can look forward to having an inbox cluttered with junk. MMS are not supported, so you are not able to send or receive screenshots/images, etc. Group messaging is also not supported but instead you’ll receive every sms individually and you’ll only respond to the individual instead of the group. Calls are good quality, hence the second star. The app is OK but could definitely use improvements to be on par with other providers. Zoho Voice has a lot of potential with integrations to Zoho CRM and once they improve their functionalit, in particular sms, I will gladly up my rating. ### 1/5 — This program was driving me crazy!!! *2023-02-02, version 1.3.4* After installing it I keep getting a pop up asking me to rate it. Problem is no matter how many stars I select the submit button never get s focus, meaning I can fish the request. Only other option is to try later. So it keeps poping up, usually when I'm in the middle of sommething. Even with the app open the chances are limited. It's slightly better making outbound calls but they often fail to connect too. It's easier to wait for missed call emails and then try to call the person... ZDialer works with BIGIN. ### 5/5 — Game Changer *2023-01-14, version 1.3.4* Our organization has immensely benefited from Zoho Voice and their Zdialer app. We had a lot of telephony configurations set in all of the Zoho apps using Twilio, but workflows were complicated and disintegrated from app to app. Zdialer has solved many of our needs and we’re looking forward to its constant progress. Then I’ll have to close the app and reopen it to be able to call again. I have to do this almost every time a call comes in and I pick up through the phone. I'm running on the latest Z dialer app version 1.5.17 and iOS version 18.0. No issues with the desktop app however. ### 3/5 — Feedback *2024-04-23* Please support simplified Chinese. ### 2/5 — Contact List Handling is poor *2024-06-13, version 1.5.5* So it’s currently a 1.0 release and technically call quality etc absolutely fine. It gets a 2 star rating because the iOS app is not integrated to CRM so I can’t entered a contact name and have it find the number in CRM. If you were using the web extension and you dial somebody from the CRM that’s great it works well but if you then want to make that contact available on the iOS app you have to save that person as a contact into Zoho voice and that contact then becomes openly available to everybody on the Zoho voice systemI got global access.
