According to the rules of the club, if you miss 3 classes in a row you get blocked for a week (meaning you cannot book classes online). I was absent only at one class and I’m blocked, it happens the third time during last several months. Big drawback is on the calendar front - I am not able to use the option of adding classes to my iPhone calendar because it requires „read” access as well and I am not allowing a third party app to read my stuff. You have to pay over 50% if you don’t want to be forced to use their card for 1 year. No agreement, no entry code. Be careful *2026-05-26, version 1.0.40* Be very careful with it. They can charge you for multiple months or even for the full year even if you're not using their service. I'm signed aggrement that I can cancel any time, that has additional cost for that. Then wanted to cancel it when I've got my multisport. And they charge me for 2more month. Its scam. Never use again. ### 1/5 — Gym visits are not tracked properly *2026-05-21, version 1.0.40* The app often does not register my gym visits, so I constantly have to contact support to manually add activity days. Now even support messages are no longer helping. I visited the gym on the 19th, but the visit was never counted in the app, which prevented me from completing “The Game of Form” challenge and receiving the reward points. This creates a very unpleasant feeling and honestly looks unfair to users. A fitness app should reliably track gym visits, especially when rewards depend on it. ### 1/5 — Don’t use this app it’s huge scam *2026-04-16, version 1.0.40* They’re scamming people ### 1/5 — Bardzo źle *2026-03-13, version 1.0.38* Pojawia mi się komunikat, że moje członkostwo jest zablokowane, ale nie wiadomo z jakiego powodu. Zarejestrowałem się z linku od znajomego i czekałem na przyznanie bonusu, ale go nie było. Teraz widzę, że został on jakoś naliczony w nieznanym czasie i już wygasł. Wystarczająco frustrujące, żeby dać 1 gwiazdkę. ### 1/5 — QR nie działa *2026-02-06, version 1.0.38* Aplikacja nie wykonuje podstawowego zadania, nie generuje kodu QR. 2 miesiące generowanie nie działa, odzew ze strony admina żaden. ### 1/5 — śmieci/ garbage *2026-02-06, version 1.0.38* Zapisałem się na siłownię przez tę aplikację, ale płatność nie została zrealizowana, więc naliczali mi opłaty bez powiadamiania mnie o tym przez inne kontakty, takie jak e-mail czy telefon. Musiałem zapłacić 1300 zł kar. Teraz naliczyli mi kolejne 500 zł za dużo i nawet nie widzę faktury w tej aplikacji, więc w zasadzie chcą, żebym zapłacił za coś, czego nie wiem. Skontaktowałem się z ich obsługą klienta e-mailem i poprosiłem o nowe faktury na nowe 500 zł i otrzymałem odpowiedź, żeby sprawdzić aplikację. Aplikacja nie jest poprawnie aktualizowana. Nie polecam tej aplikacji ani tej siłowni. Kolejna korporacja próbuje naciągnąć cię na opłatę za nic. —//// I signed up for the gym with this app and the payment didn’t go through so they kept on charging me without bothering to notify me by other contacts l like email or telephone so I needed up paying 1300zl in penalties. Now they overcharged me another 500zl and I don’t even get to see the invoice on this app, so basically they want me to pay for something i don’t know. I contacted their customer service by email and asked for the new invoices for the new 500zl and got an answer to check the app. The app is not properly updated. Don’t recommend this app or this gym.
