This after spending time uploading passport, scanning face, etc. authentication at the end was an epic fail. I received the email but not the text verification code. The AI chat sucked. Fortunately there is a human helpline and they gave me a manual code. What they didn’t give me was my time back. ### 3/5 — Poor user experience *2025-10-01, version 3.2.1* I got some meaningless error like “Your connection is not secure”. After I call support and tell about this error in a minute they ask if I have iOS devise, told me that this is known issue and asked me to update the app. Why don’t include this info to the help center and useless chatbot? Why chat bot can’t escalate the issue to a live agent after 5 unsuccessful interactions and direct asks to talk to human? ### 3/5 — It didnt accept Romanian ID *2025-09-29, version 3.2.1* It worked with passport NFC but it’s not fair not to accept the national ID. It needs improvement. Trying resending same. Put the app in the background to retry later and all data session was erased. Very confusing and had to do the transaction 3x….. oh and I had to wait 2 hours as the server was down for maintenance which meant I had to ask the online service to resend the authentication request. I tried using studio lights, natural lights, using polarized filters, different positions for the ID and angles for the light. It took me two days to sign a document, and I needed an NFC ID despite the website saying other IDs work for my country. This is clearly not-ready-for- primetime technology that should not be used by banks or anyone else with mission critical signatures to process. Their passport scan is not accurate enough, so you just have to keep redoing it until finally it works. The first time, I think it took over 10 tries. The second time, it took a lot more. There is no real-time feedback on this. You have to get all the way through the process and then you get rejected at the very end after going through all the steps. The app turns on your phone's camera light, which creates a lot of glare. The app also does not send SMS messages reliably, which is why I had to call tech-support so many times. They know this so they just give you the codes over the phone. I also absolutely hate that you have to have FaceTime turned on.
