I have been using medication from Zealthy for over a year. Around October 2025 my medication was delayed d/t a pharmacy compounding issue. I sent a message, they sent the Rx to a different pharmacy, and I didn’t miss any doses. I ordered 6 months of my medication in June. I have missed 3 doses now(4 doses in a couple of days) The medication is delayed with no information on when it will be available. I have messaged multiple times with no resolution. I just receive messages telling me they are working on it. This last message I sent asked about a refund so I could find a different company. 5 days with no response to this message from Zealthy. I am not sure what the issue is. I ordered 10 days before I would need my medication per Zealthy recommendation. Not sure what to do at this point. This would be a 5 star rating if the lasts 4 weeks were not included in the rating. ### 1/5 — Fraudulent company *2026-04-20, version 2.3.5* This company takes your payment information and enrolls you in a subscription you never agreed to. I have filed complaints with the FTC and AG office. There is a company rep replying to bad reviews on here named Lydia acting like she’s resolving the issues. But when I email as she instructs another rep still tells me tough luck. ### 1/5 — Charging Incorrectly *2026-04-15, version 2.3.4* Zealthy has repeatedly charged me a membership fee even though I paid it upfront with my six months of medication. I have been trying to cancel my subscription since December and it is now April and they are still charging me the $135 membership fee. And now they will not refund my credit card because I did not do something that they told me I had already completed. Apparently if you have medication for two separate things such as hair loss and weight loss you have to submit paperwork to cancel both things. Otherwise they will keep charging you the $135 and then eventually tell you that they won’t refund it because you haven’t submitted the correct paperwork. I have had issues with them from day one on charging me the membership fee when I had already paid it. I have also had problems with them double charging me my membership fee as in $135 on January 1 and then $135 on January 2. I have had to call multiple times to get refunded. I feel like they hope you don’t notice it on your credit card and want to make the easy extra money. I do not recommend using them for this very reason. ### 1/5 — App Inoperable *2026-04-01, version 2.3.2* The app does not work. For 4 weeks it has been a white screen with a spinning circle. There isn’t an update available to fix it, and I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded. ### 1/5 — Error on my login *2026-03-31, version 2.3.2* This app has been very dysfunctional throughout each time I’ve used it. I’ve had orders wrong and the communication is very bad with the support and everything online. I can’t even get into my app. It says there’s an error each time I login so I’m trying to contact anyone. Nobody has answered yet. ### 1/5 — Fraudulent company *2026-03-25, version 2.3.2* They will respond quickly to take your money. When you need refills, they will not respond and you will run out of your GLP1 meds. There is no customer service for me to contact and I was charged 600 dollars for 6 months. Their customer service reps are all over seas and are very difficult to understand and work with. It seems they’re given the same script and aren’t able to answer a single question you ask. ### 1/5 — HORROR STORY *2026-03-18, version 2.3.2* if i could give negative stars i would. first off they double charged me the start up fee then AFTER I TOLD THEM I WANTED MY MEDICATION SENT TO MY PHARMACY THEY AGREE BUT STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE MEDICINE AND ALSO DIDNT SENT TO THE PHARMACY AND DIDNT SHIP IT TO ME EITHER. i’ve had no one respond to me in weeks and they refused to refund me. after that call now my app don’t work and i can’t access my account on the web either. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. just lost about $200+ ### 1/5 — Will take your money and never ship *2026-03-18, version 2.3.2* Absolutely terrible company, all conversations is with an AI with fake names to appear as if it’s real. After 2 weeks after they took payment they refused to ship me my medication and when i asked about it, they tried to charge me again with a new prescription for the same medication. Incompetent company that will steal your money and refuse a refund ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-03-15, version 2.3.2* They kept trying to charge my card for a year and it was all different amounts and even when you reach out to them, they will continuously harass you and will not cancel your account. You literally have to block the business. They even were able to get one payment from me and I never received product. #scam They will also try to reach out to you as if they are understanding but it’s all a scam. ### 1/5 — Don’t pay for 6 month supply! *2026-03-03, version 2.3.2* I paid for the 6 month supply and I was never sent my second shipment! I called multiple times and never got my medication! I need someone to make this right. It has been over a month and I still haven’t gotten my medication despite paying $1300!! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Load *2026-02-24, version 2.3.1* As soon as i open the app, after 5 minutes it was still stuck on that initial blank loading screen with the rotating semicircle. ### 1/5 — Scam. *2026-02-23, version 2.3.1* This app just loads an eternal loading screen lately. The website forces you through intake to pay the $39 regardless of whether you’ve done it before or not. The support email does not exist, nor does the support phone number. MAJOR SCAM. ### 1/5 — Won’t open *2026-02-12, version 2.3.1* App is defective. Spins around without opening can’t complete patient actions ### 1/5 — Update on Missing Meds *2026-02-09, version 2.2* So I emailed support once again with the title I was instructed to use and got a response the next day. It was as unhelpful as the rest. They sent me my old order number and stated my shipment was already delivered and nothing they can do about it. Except that was not the issue. I only received 3 months worth of birth control in that package and not the 6 months as I paid for. It’s now been four days since I last emailed them with no update. This has been an ongoing issue for about 3-4 weeks now. I have emails of previous conversations with this company even stating they would send me my remaining birth control after finishing the supply sent to me. At this point, I am considering pursuing legal matters. ### 1/5 — An evil company with evil practices *2026-02-06, version 2.2* They will not cancel your subscription. You will message them and they will say it is and they will still continue to keep charging you. The apologize and say it was a mistake or that you missed your window and the subscription renewed and, “oops! But we’ll cancel it for next month!“Luckily my PayPal is smart enough to know that these people are scam artists and block their payment every time. But that was a long time coming. They’re so shady that they will try to charge you multiple times under different names like GLP 1 (I was not using the app to get that) or Telehealth. If a company was so more ethical why would they try to charge you multiple times when the first one got declined. This has been going on for months. Evil. Just evil. Just greed and awfulness. Never ever ever use this app. ### 1/5 — Impossible to cancel *2026-01-31, version 2.2* I have deleted my card info and I still and being charged month after month. I have tried to cancel for months with no luck. I even tried to chat with my coach since I was still being charged and I have not received a response for months. ### 1/5 — Zero Stars *2026-01-26, version 2.2* They will take your $35 fee to join the weight loss medication program. Then, suddenly they call to say you didn’t “onboard”. Try to log back in, and you can’t get past paying the $35 again. Customer support is garbage. You can upload your id verification but then they tell you it didn’t work. Try to do again, and you’re stuck at the $35 fee page again. I’m grateful my credit card company recognized the scam and refunded the pay. Stay far, far away. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — SCAM STAY AWAY *2026-08-19, version 2.3.15* Read trust pilot reviews (40% one star) and the attempted DOJ and FTC takeover of the company before you join. I clearly told them I did not want compounded medication and they kept charging my credit card daily until it finally went through. I told them each time to stop. When I asked for a refund they told me it was too late because it shipped. The medication, which I never authorized, sat in a FedEx facility for 35 days before being delivered and was unusable. Even after that they refused a refund. Filed an FTC and state AG complaint. Stay away. ### 1/5 — Scammer *2026-08-05, version 2.3.14* I paid $600 for 3 months supply and I received 3 months supply of the lowest dose . I’m keeping emailing them and messaging them but on one can help . The app allows frizzes. It keep loading with any thing I tried to do with it . Nothing more. Somehow they started charging me $135 for a membership I never signed up for (THROUGH APPLE PAY??). $600 I am out of now. My bank refuses to help since my dispute was denied. And I’ve called this company multiple times and only hear sorry we can’t help you since your account is active. Ummm hello! An account I never signed up for?? As well as I canceled whatever membership they unwillingly signed me up for in June once I found out about the charges. So how does an account that was canceled somehow become active again once I try to get my money back?? So tiring dealing with this company who only cares about scamming people for their money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! ### 1/5 — Made me double pay *2026-07-08, version 2.3.12* Payed twice to start an account no refund. Couldn’t even get meds because my payment didn’t work and I tried 2 different ways. Very bad communication because it’s mostly AI and you are lucky if you talk to a person. If there are any issues, there are no humans you can actually talk to. I had extreme side effects and wanted to decrease the dosage. The company repeatedly has sent the wrong dosage ignoring my issues. They have a long list of complaints on file with the better business bureau. Save yourself this headache and use another company. They will respond quickly to take your money. When you need refills, they will not respond and you will run out of your GLP1 meds. Do not ever use Klarna because if you make multiple payments due to a site glitch they will not allow you to get a refund or have it even able to apply to your account. At least with a credit card you can charge back. Although the health side was incredibly responsive the weight loss side was hardly responsive to the point it would take weeks for an answer to a question. There were so many issues with the membership and payment for medications where things would act like they didn’t process and so you change payment methods only to find out they charged you two or three times and they never will give your money back. I would never recommend this app or service, I can’t believe I kept trying for months. ### 1/5 — Do not use this company *2026-04-28, version 2.3.7* This service was extremely frustrating. After payment, communication dropped off and I struggled to get updates or proper medication. It only got resolved after multiple follow-ups. Agents do not appear to review prior conversations, resulting in a complete lack of continuity. If an issue is not resolved immediately, any follow-up becomes a new interaction with no awareness of previous context. This forces users to repeatedly explain the same issue, which is both frustrating and inefficient. More concerning is that serious actions can be taken on an account without proper review. For example, instead of processing a requested medication refill, the account may be canceled altogether. Even though you paid for it. ### 1/5 — Its a scam!!! *2026-04-22, version 2.3.5* I was looking into making a purchase with zealthy and i paid the $39 upfront, then i had the option to get a prescription and it said pay $0 now to continue. As soon as i clicked the button they charged me over $1200+ unexpectedly. They address any issues quickly and it’s easier than making an appointment, going to your doctor’s office, waiting, HOPING you are concerns or addressed. The results are worth the price. It is much much cheaper than getting it without insurance normally. Especially if insurance chooses not to cover it. I appreciate the service and I’m glad that I found Zealthy. I did my research and chose them carefully. They are the best deal, but they don’t skimp on quality. It is shipped carefully and the directions are in the app and come with the medicine.
