Instead of our local news that I watch every day, Woody Woodpecker was on. Also, the Zeam commercials are annoying. When they have a regular commercial, it’s in Spanish. ### 1/5 — Not Local *2025-02-11* I was looking for an app that had my local area to watch without my fire stick figured I would check this app out. There’s my local news channels in my area that are on the fire stick but for some odd reason it’s showing other cities that’s not really near me, nor do I care for to watch about what’s going on in those cities. It gave me only two news channels from my state not my city. Also it shows nearby states around me that I have absolutely no interest in. Why would I want to know cooking shows, music, & the news from other states? They should add local things to watch or don’t offer it at all! Sadly this app isn’t it. I’m pretty disappointed since I can’t watch anything. Please don’t let my review discourage you into downloading it. You may have more luck in your area than me. It doesn’t remember where you stop previously. There is only the progress bar you can use. There is no button to just move forward or backward a little bit. In general, very user unfriendly and dumb. Please take a look at the other famous streaming platforms, e.g. Y* or N*. Everything‘s good to go when I first heard about ZEAM. I had no idea that it was being rebranded when it was view it The app is working so far so good on my iPad and my Roku. I love listening to the flyover music hour. I also enjoy the podcast in different news channels. I would also love to see channels for arts and crafts and an arts and crafts podcast. And I also enjoyed stand-up comedy And I also like watching high school sports that’s actually really cool in different live events. Keep updating the app and keep adding more channels and some arts and crafts channels. ### 5/5 — Incredible for news and political opinion reporting *2025-03-09, version 10.0.16* I honestly do not see why so many people are down voting this app. It doesn’t claim to replace anything like Hulu or Paramount Plus. It only promises to deliver news and opinion television shows. It does a marvelous job of doing just that. ### 5/5 — Love Zeam (on my M2 MacBook Pro!) *2024-11-12* It shows local channel programming not available on any other platform other than over the air (if your reception is good enough) or directly from the station’s web site. The app centralizes the news stations. I have also tested the app (App Store notes it is tested for iPad) on my m2 MacBook Pro and it works just fine. ### 4/5 — Great app, watch the ads *2024-08-03* I love the layout and convenience of this app, but was horrified to see an ad containing soft core porn (presumably an ad for a video game) during stream of a local newscast. This needs to be cleaned up. I realize ads are a necessity with a free streaming app like this, but you need to consider something more appropriate to your audience, which I'm guessing is not teen boys. ### 3/5 — Favorites? *2025-05-03* It seems with the latest rev I can no longer favorite channels unless they happen to appear on the Home Screen. I can’t favorite a channel I find via search, which seems like a real oversight. After all, if a channel is local I’ll have access to that on the Home Screen anyway. It’s the out of market stations I have the app for in the first place, and now I can’t favorite those? ### 3/5 — Won’t let me login *2024-11-06* Keeps telling me to try later when I try to login. Works fine on my television. Cannot save favorites, have to scroll through dozens of pages.
