The app will work on the first visit but when I go to enter the information for my second visit none of the responses transpose to the pdf file to email. If you go back to the question portion of the store visit sometimes the responses are loaded sometimes everything you have written as a response does not appear. This should not be that difficult to submit and email a survey. I clear the cache regularly. There has to be a more efficient way to submit a store survey. Please update. A huge time waster this app does not save me time.

This app is a constant pain, either it doesn’t send email notifications, or it kicks you out in the middle of a visit, or it just won’t load at all
