Extremely disappointing experience. I placed my order and even after weeks, it still hasn’t been delivered. Customer support keeps giving false promises like “2 more days” or “4 more days,” but nothing changes. There is no accountability, no proper updates, and no concern for customers. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this app unless they improve their delivery and customer support.

The book reading on the app is extremely difficult, it’s constantly lagging, I cannot move between the pages and read. I spent almost 20 mins and couldn’t go past first 8 pages. Navigation is just not working. Even when I tried listening to the book, the audio is too fast and it does not give me any option to change the speed. This is a very bad experience.

Hi,

I recently downloaded the app and noticed it offers a great selection of books. However, since it’s a mobile app and most users read on their phones, I’m facing a few usability issues.

Firstly, the books cannot be rotated to landscape mode. Without this feature, the font appears too small, making it difficult to read comfortably. This raises the question of why I should spend money on digital books if the reading experience is compromised.

Secondly, I’m unable to highlight words for definitions or to copy and search them on Google—basic features that are essential for any modern eBook reader.

I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the overall user experience.
