I placed my order and even after weeks, it still hasn’t been delivered. Customer support keeps giving false promises like “2 more days” or “4 more days,” but nothing changes. There is no accountability, no proper updates, and no concern for customers. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this app unless they improve their delivery and customer support. ### 1/5 — Book reading on App *2026-06-22* The book reading on the app is extremely difficult, it’s constantly lagging, I cannot move between the pages and read. I spent almost 20 mins and couldn’t go past first 8 pages. Navigation is just not working. Even when I tried listening to the book, the audio is too fast and it does not give me any option to change the speed. However, since it’s a mobile app and most users read on their phones, I’m facing a few usability issues. Firstly, the books cannot be rotated to landscape mode. Without this feature, the font appears too small, making it difficult to read comfortably. This raises the question of why I should spend money on digital books if the reading experience is compromised. Secondly, I’m unable to highlight words for definitions or to copy and search them on Google—basic features that are essential for any modern eBook reader. I’ve emailed and messaged multiple times, and despite waiting patiently, there has been no response. Extremely unprofessional experience. If you’re going to charge people, at least have the courtesy to respond and fulfill what was promised. Would not recommend at all. ### 1/5 — SCAMMING USERS THROUGH FAKE REFERRAL PROMISES! *2025-06-04* I referred 27 friends to this app and followed EVERY step exactly as guided by your team member Bhavya Shah. I even told him after the first referral that I didn’t receive coins – he said it was a system issue and told me to complete all referrals first. I did that. Now, after doing everything correctly, including the onboarding, personality test, and blue tick on all referred profiles (I have screenshots as proof), I’m being told vague excuses like “backend checks failed” and “might be inauthentic.” This is total fraud – I referred real people who completed real steps. WORST PART: Bhavya is now ignoring my calls and messages. This is not a reward system, this is cheating and misleading users. If you can’t honor your referral promises, don’t run such fake campaigns. SHAMEFUL experience. Avoid this app if you value your time and effort. ### 1/5 — No hard copy *2025-03-28, version 4.0.12* I purchased a book named stock investing master for ₹999 and they promised me a hard copy and a soft copy but they never sent hard copy.
