Now when I go to open the app it still says to upgrade takes me to App Store and no upgrade just says open App. I’ve deleted app and re installed it still doesn’t let me log in keeps telling me to upgrade ### 2/5 — Will not open *2026-04-18* Did the latest update and the app is in a cycle of asking me to update if I wish to continue to use the app, then I hit okay and it sends me to the app page where the bright yellow button says open and it will not. Matches don’t always show up on list you have to go to the calendar. Also accepting games could be easier too instead of using filter it should prompt you that you have new games when you go on app. Just my option. **Developer response:** Hi Madams, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we truly appreciate it. We are so glad that the App is working to your satisfaction. ### 2/5 — iCal *2024-12-03* The iCal sync has an issue with the est time zone with outlook app on a phone Did exactly what you said with the time zone and it fixed the zebra web issue but changed the entire calendar events for everything else. Not a fix for the outlook app on iPhone **Developer response:** @ballsacis This was a known issue with OUTLOOK calendaring, not ZebraWeb. We were able to contact outlook and they made an adjustment (across the board) to their calendaring to accommodate your use case. You may need to remove the app (ZW calendar) and resync for the changes to take hold. If this works, we kindly request an updated review. ### 2/5 — iCal *2024-11-29* The iCal sync has an issue with the est time zone with outlook app on a phone **Developer response:** Hello Ozempi, This is an issue with your outlook and not the ZebraWeb iCal. You can go to “settings->Calendar->display my calendar -> UTC time Hope this helps and that you would consider updating your review. ### 4/5 — App glitches *2024-10-15* When using the blocked time section. In the reason and description column the app starts to glitch so you can’t type the words to submit it. Please fix this asap **Developer response:** @CBDGeorge We have not encountered this issue when testing. Either this was a temporary issue with your device or an update resolved the issue. If this is resolved, we kindly request an updated review. If not, please contact our support team with your device information so we can try reproduce. There are so many devices that behave differently. Thank you for your patience and support! ### 3/5 — Sync? *2024-09-15* Overall, the app is very nice with one glaring exception; you are unable to sync your calendar to an iPhone (via both Google and Apple addresses). After several back/forth customer service, the issue has yet to be resolved, very aggravating. I have faith it will be resolved. I will note, the issues seem to coincide with the most recent fix. **Developer response:** @booboomulligan We have since overhauled our iCal system which no longer requires a Google login! This should have also resolved device specific issues as well. Please let us know that this is working for you, and if so, we kindly request an updated review of your experience. I’ve removed and reloaded a half dozen times in the past month with no change. **Developer response:** Alex, You were using an out of date version of the API, that wasn’t using the updated API calls which is why you had issues. They clearly listen to the end user because they appear to have left no stone unturned.
