But the arrival time that app shows and the real arrival is very different. It’s usually 5 minutes late. Price also increases from what is shown before booking. I was assigned a driver and waited for around 15–20 minutes, but he went somewhere else instead of coming to my location. Later, the app showed that my amount of AED 9.75 was deducted even though I never took the ride. How can the driver travel without me and charge me for it? I booked a taxi, but the driver never came. When I called him, he said he had waited outside and then left because there was no space to park. However, he never called or informed me that he had arrived. This was my first time using this service, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. Booked the cab and it was 5 min away. Few min later saw cab going in wrong direction for pickup. Called the driver. He said he is one hour away from the location. So cancelled the cab. 2. Booked the cab again. When cab was 5 min away from pickup it showed that ride has started. Called the driver twice, but did not pickup the call. Called the driver again 5 min later. He said there were multiple ride requests and may be he accepted incorrect one. He cancelled the ride. Some amount got deducted from the credit card. It was refunded back to card after 5 days after submitting complaint. Two bad experience on the same day. Did not even thought of using it again later.
