The app is research-based and uses the method valued direction from the therapy form Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. It is created to make healthy habits fun and rewarding to perform, to strengthen people's mental health. As a private user, you get full access to all functions via the free version. Do you want help from experienced psychologists to live the way you want? Zeeds contains 3-week courses from Sweden's best psychologists, which will help you tackle a specific behavioral change. It can be about sleep, couple behavior or communication. Through a one-time purchase of SEK 249, you get immediate full access to a course, which contains exercises and videos for you to perform using the app over three weeks. Each course is a separate one-time payment. You retain access to the course content even after the three weeks. Purchases are made via Apple's payment system, and each course is purchased separately. There is no automatic renewal and there are no hidden fees. For refunds, please refer to Apple's standard refund policy. For those users who want extra help, you can work with Zeeds together with a psychologist or CBT therapist. You can search further to a psychologist from within the app, who can work structured with Zeeds in a treatment. But you can also get access to Zeeds by having it prescribed as homework during cognitive behavioral therapy, by your healthcare provider.
