The only app I’ve ever seen that uses a little font so cute I can’t even read what’s presented— everybody else gets it right. Bet I’m not the only one who didn’t see where to enter the promo code. Simple UX design, people. FIX IT ### 1/5 — Your lucky you pizza is the best *2023-01-13, version 1.0.0* Difficult to use. Had to start over and re-enter information twice. Second time did not give me opportunity for $10 savings when using App. That was the whole reason I was using the app. Your old app was so much better don’t know why you guys had to mess with us something that worked good. If you want some, drive over to your nearest store, order it there and take it home yourself. I swapped Canadian bacon for bacon and was charged for the exchange. This is also the case with vegetable substitutions. If I ordered by phone or ate in the restaurant, I would not be charged for this. This is a failure of the mobile app. ### 1/5 — Buggy and frustrating and soon deleted *2023-03-18, version 1.0.2* I don’t recall ever encountering so many errors when trying to set up an app—attempting to get going the Zeek’s app was a crappy, frustrating experience that ultimately led to its deletion after 15-20 minutes. Everything from creating an account to verifying the account to entering CC info was buggy. ### 1/5 — So much is broken! *2023-01-16, version 1.0.0* I could get through the required new sign-up, w/o getting restarted several times. Finally had to go to the new website. There again it took several tries to get signed up. Finally accomplished, only to discover that they did not include the Bothell or Woodinville sites, so I can order! URRRG!!! This clearly hasn’t been well tested and they are using the public to do the Alpha test. You have to go in and remove the tip if you don’t wanna leave a tip for take out. That seems a little presumptuous, to automatically add a tip, especially for takeout, when you haven’t even received your food yet. I also can’t see a way to use a gift card as a payment method.
