Hire a private therapist who does that or go to a spa. The therapists on this app are on this app because they aren’t good. I’m very disappointed and will be making other plans in the future. This was a real let down, first by the therapist and then not getting timely help or support. Edit: I finally get a response over 3 WEEKS after the issue occurred despite a chat entry and an email from me asking for help??? I request the same therapist every week, yet this time the app assigned me to someone I did not choose. I canceled seven minutes after booking—hours before the appointment—yet was still charged a $25 fee. It’s is unreasonable to penalize customers for canceling a session that was scheduled incorrectly by the platform. Users should be able to select their own therapist without being charged for correcting the app’s mistake. ### 1/5 — Overcharged *2025-11-03, version 3.5.4* Do not recommend. I was a first time user so I had a welcome promo of $40. The appointment I first book was the wrong type of massage so I cancelled in less than 2 minutes to rebook. The $40 disappeared and I was charged an additional $47. As of now, you have to mention it in your booking notes, and communicate with the therapist AFTER they have been assigned to ensure they can accommodate 120 minutes. When they can’t, you have to go through the whole process again. I can reach out to the people coordinating it to avoid this, but they tell you to message the therapist. It’s always so stressful to get 120 minutes. If they would provide that option initially, it would be much simpler. I’ve been a ZEEL member for years, and this has always been an issue.
