イヤフォン購入し、説明書にインストール推奨と書いてあったし、イヤフォンの充電残量見れるとのことだったのでインストールしたが、実際は充電残量見れないし、他の機能も正直自分には必要ない。インストールせず2イヤフォン使ってら支障あるのでしょうか？

一番下に書いたアラームのエラーは改善されましたが、今度はアプリが落ちるようになりました。
と言うより立ち上がりません。
アプリをタップして立ち上げようとすると、立ち上がった瞬間に落ちます。

ちなみに、その直前には指定したアシスタントではないアシスタントの声のアラームで起こされました。
購入もダウンロードもしたことのないアシスタントです(誰かは不明)

最近短期間でエラーが多過ぎなので、スムーズに使えるよう改善をお願いいたします。

タブレットで使ってます。
アップデート後、アラーム機能の入力ができなくなりました。
上のタブのアラームマークをタップすると「指定した時間にアシスタントがお知らせいたします」の文字のみで、アラーム設定した時間の表示もなく、設定できるようなものが何もありません。
早急にご改善ください。

推しとのコラボでやり始めたこのアプリ。朝早く起きないといけない時の目覚ましとかにこのアプリを使用してたけど、最近登録してた時間は全て削除され、時間設定も出来なくなった。今は朝早く起きないといけないことは特になったが使えないのきつい。元に戻して欲しい。

コラボレーションイヤフォンを購入し、3年も待ってようやく手にできたのに、楽しみにしていた「アシスタントボイスの販売が終了している」と商品発送後にメールが届き、唖然。
販売終了のお知らせもなく、こんな仕打ちありですか、、、キャラクターボイスを選んで購入できる仕様だったはずなのに、販売終了しているからと勝手に1キャラクターのボイスを初期搭載。
時報や気温などのお知らせは対応していない。
アシスタントのところにも設定できない。どういうこと？

ずっと待って待って待って、ようやく手にできたのに、、、
お願いですので、アシスタントボイスの再販をお願いいたします。

納品が遅れに遅れて購入から約2年もかかってようやく届いたと思ったイヤホンは収録されてる音声が別人のものでアプリから修正版をインストールする為に何度デバイス接続しようとしても認識されない。
このような不誠実でいい加減な企業は初めてです。2度と買いません。
これ以上ここの被害者が増えないことを願います。

**Developer response:** 商品のお届けに時間を要し、また、一部音声に不具合があり、誠に申し訳ございません。修正アップデートのための接続にお困りとのこと、ご不便をおかけし恐れ入ります。 設定より本アプリにBluetooth接続の権限が付与されているかご確認いただけますでしょうか。 権限が問題ない場合、Bluetooth設定からデバイスの接続を解除し、再接続をお試しいただけますでしょうか。 それでも問題が継続する場合、サポートにお問い合わせいただけますと幸いです。

推しの配信者さんがいたのでインストールしましたがまぁー使えないコインを買おうとしてもアプリが強制シャットダウンするかなり前のレビューでもあったし全然改善されてないんだなぁって感じでゴミアプリ…あと無料のボイスの方の中ですんごいクオリティの低い方がいて音質終わってるしなんでこれ採用されてんだろってくらい変だし何言ってるかわかんないサブアシスタントがいてただただ不快になっただけダウンロードする価値がないてか星１つすらつけたくない
