It logs me out frequently (multiple times a day) and the campaign I created only shows on the website now. When I first set it up from my phone it worked and I was able to accept a tap payment. Very convenient! Now the campaign only shows up on the website. Deleting and reinstalling did not help. ### 2/5 — Dysfunctional Website *2026-06-15* I have been using Zeffy for at least 6-8 months and at my first campaign it seem to work and point me in a positive direction. As time passed, I realized I needed to update the campaign and add more. Trying to login to the account versus the campaign payment is horrible. Once you type anything in a field it doesn’t allow you to go back to make corrections, but pushes you into creating a new account and wants you to create new campaigns. All I want is a single login where I can manage my account and campaigns and my transfers. It should be rather easy with an icon that one enters their credentials. But unfortunately it is not. The concept, creating forms, and this app. Yes, the app has bugs, but it’s definitely improved over the years. It now stays connected to the card reader or automatically reconnects. I so wish it was faster to get through the process. Just a blank screen with a search field. No way to sign up or sign in. Restarted. No change. Deleted and redownloaded. No change. I look forward to using this app in the future. Update: I pressed sign out. Although I hadn’t actually signed in, this helped. The app is not so great, in fact it’s terrible. There’s no tap to pay on iPhone 16 and above. There’s really nothing you can do with this app it basically just takes you to the zeffy website. I do understand that zeffy is free and makes its money from donations. Both times their cards wouldn’t take and an error showed up. I keep having to reinstall over and over and cross my fingers. I select to create a new account, I enter the information it asks for, I select that I’m an individual and a donor, then it takes me straight to the log in screen. When I enter the information I used to create the account to log in, it tells me no account exists. After the update the app won’t even load. It gets to the tip page and gets stuck. There’s no way to turn off the tip and no way to move forward from there.
