So I tried creating a new one. Sending a confirmation code in a minute? Lies. It’s been ten and no such code given. Fire your IT staff and hire competent people. I’m going to a competitor’s charging station. They’ll get my money. ### 1/5 — Bait & Switch *2025-05-23, version 3.0.4* The app needs you to add money to the account, and the first time, it works. The second time I added funds, Zef processed my payment but didn’t add it to my account. Emailing back and forth with company, they did some bizarre math and claimed they owed me nothing and closed the ticket. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Usually doesn’t connect to charge, often will not allow you to end session forcing you to disconnect with the emergency release, the “balance” system results in wasted money, and all of this for a price higher than almost any network. The one by my house has been out for days. You have to force-quit the app and reopen to ever get it to work. Today, when I tried to log in, I got a "Too many requests" error, even though it was my first attempt. My login info is auto-filled by my password manager, so it's definitely correct. I'm disappointed. ZEF has the biggest charging network in Minnesota, but after three years, the app still doesn't work properly. Additionally, the maintenance and security of the DC fast chargers are lacking. I've seen several chargers using ABB Terra cables, which have been cut for copper theft. Please improve the app and the network.
