The management company knows my monthly charge, so they can just draw that amount each month. Instead, I have to get on this app to update the amount whenever there’s a change in the lease. But you can’t just update the amount, because you’re locked out for 10-days before payment is due. And then for 10 days after payment is due it still shows you have a balance owed. It is the most inconvenient middle-man app that has ever existed. I had to go to the office to find out what my monthly charges should be because it says it no where on the app. Then I had to delete my old autopay because it won’t let you edit the amount. Then when I tried to create a new autopay it won’t let you assign it to the first or last week of the month. So effectively you can’t make an auto pay. I cannot stress this enough, the app is completely useless GARBAGE. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-02-06, version 5.3.20* I set up multiple different bank accounts to pay rent since it said my original bank was giving an error. App gives error messages saying it cannot process for all bank accounts. This poorly constructed app makes you download their “new version” of the same app every few months, it’s terrible. There is already a feature for this in iOS for developers to use to "Add Only". When I set it to Add Only your app says "Access to Calendar not authorized" because either no one considered the user's privacy or it was considered and the goal is to mine our data. I feel like it needs to be updated to remove the bugs. Every time I try to click on pay it kicks me out the app completely. Sometimes other service but it’s mainly when I click on pay rent.
