Nutze die App sehr gerne ### 1/5 — Dreck *2026-05-15* Ich nutze die App mittlerweile seit drei Jahren, somit finde ich schon, dass ich in der Lage bin, eine Aussage zu treffen. Die App weist viele Schwächen auf, teilweise werden Kameras als online angezeigt, obwohl diese schon längst keine Energie mehr haben, somit ist auch die Batterieanzeige über die App mehr oder weniger sinnlos, weiterhin hat man extrem oft vor allem in letzter Zeit, irgendwelche Serverprobleme, welche sich darin äußern, dass man sich nicht Einloggen kann, Bilder teilweise verspätet oder gar nicht geschickt werden, angeforderte Videos teilweise extrem schnell und andere teilweise erst nach mehreren Tagen zur Verfügung stehen. Es scheint mir, dass die Software überhaupt nicht ausgereift ist und gerade auch während und nach Rabattaktionen, kann man den Server teilweise komplett vergessen ! Bekommt es endlich mal hin, dass eure Server stabil laufen und man auch einen Gegenwert für sein Geld bekommt! ### 2/5 — Seit Wochen Verbindungsprobleme *2026-04-03* Früher gut und zuverlässig. Seit mittlerweile mehreren Wochen immer wieder die Meldung „Konnte keine Verbindung zum Server herstellen“. Das kann ja mal für 1-2 Wochen nicht stabil laufen, weil z.B. die Infrastruktur umgebaut wird, aber das geht jetzt schon glaube ich seit Januar so. Bitte löst das Problem mal sauber, sonst bin ich weg. ### 2/5 — Hinter der Oberfläche liegen die Mängel *2026-02-28* Kameras lassen sich zwar sehr leicht einrichten und die App wirkt auf den ersten Blick übersichtlich gestaltet. Aber hinter der Oberfläche ist sie unausgereift. Teilweise schlechte Synchronisation durch überlastete Server, in unregelmäßigen Abständen muss man sie neu installieren, weil aktive Kameras plötzlich gar nicht mehr erscheinen und erneut hinzugefügt werden müssen. Und dann muss man die Einmal-Codes parat haben (auch unpraktisch und wenig zeitgemäßes Verfahren). Teilweise lassen sich Bilder auf dem Server gar nicht löschen. Sehr schade… ### 5/5 — Tolle Kamera und guter Service *2026-02-22* Habe 3 Secacam3 in Gebrauch. Alle funktionieren sehr gut. Den Support habe ich anfangs kontaktiert. Auch hier habe ich schnell kompetente Hilfe bekommen. Würde mir nur noch eine durchgängig deutsche Menüführung in der App wünschen. ### 4/5 — Verbindungsproblem *2026-01-06* Zurzeit hängt es extrem und zeigt an das keine Verbindung zum Server besteht und schmeißt mich komplett aus der App ### 1/5 — App und Infrastruktur unzuverlässig *2026-01-05* Ich habe einige Wildkameras im Einsatz. Bisher von ICU. Dort hatte und habe ich nie Probleme, deren Ursache beim Betreiber der Infrastruktur liegen. Vor ein paar Monaten meinte ich mir zwei ZEISS SECACAM kameras kaufen zu müssen. Die eine frisst Batterien ohne Ende, die andere wäre ja ganz gut, wenn die APP und die dahinter liegende Infrastruktur einigermaßen zuverlässig funktionieren würden. Dem ist aber nicht so, seit Wochen permanente Ausfälle, jedoch merkt man in den seltensten Fällen etwas davon, man wundert sich nur dass keine Bilder gekommen sind, obwohl welche hätten kommen müssen. Das Ganze natürlich zu einem ZEISS premium Preis. Aber selbst wenn die Infrastruktur funktioniert, zickt die App. Aktualisierungen funktionieren nicht, Sendepausen ein oder austragen funktioniert nur manchmal usw. Ich rate zwischenzeitlich von den ZEISS SECACAM Kameras ab. Es gibt genug funktionierende Mitbewerber mit besseren Abogestaltungen,. ### 5/5 — Top Service!!! *2025-10-25* Top Service. Ich habe vorher einen Hersteller aus Österreich (6 Kameras) gehabt und war sehr unzufrieden mit der Fehler Kultur des Unternehmens. Zeiss hat sich umgehend um die Fehler Behebung gekümmert. Ich konnte die Kamera umsonst einsenden und es wurde mir eine neue zugesendet da die andere nicht mehr zu reparieren war. Ohne Diskussion und zusätzlich Kosten. Preis Leistung ist bei Zeiss unschlagbar! ### 2/5 — Es fehlt die Option dass nur alle X Minuten ein Foto gemacht wird. *2025-10-04* Warum kann ich nicht wie bei jeder „billig“ Cam einstellen wie groß der zeitliche Abstand zwischen den Bildern sein soll und bei Zeiss gehts nicht? Vllt weil man möglichst viele Bilder verkaufen möchte? Ein Schelm wer böses Denkt. Ich kann zwar die maximale Sendungen pro Stunde einstellen, aber wenn man da an einer stark frequentierten Kirrung arbeitet bringt das nix, dann verpasst man ja das Schwarzwild bei zu „geiziger“ Einstellung. Dafür hab ich immer 5 Bilder vom gleichen Reh. **Developer response:** Vielen Dank für deine Kontaktaufnahme. An den Kameras und der Fernsteuerung in der App kann man die Einstellung "Aufnahmepause" einstellen. Mit dieser Einstellung steuert man, wie lange die Kameras zwischen den Bildern warten soll, um das nächste Bild zu machen. ### 2/5 — Viel versprochen - kaum was zu spüren *2025-05-01* Wir haben inzwischen viermal den Support kontaktiert, weil die Funktion „Kameras mit Freunden teilen“ in der ZEISS Secacam App überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Schon beim ersten Mal wurde uns Besserung versprochen, passiert ist aber bis heute nichts. Stattdessen wird die Funktion weiterhin als zentrales Feature beworben – das wirkt wie reines Marketing ohne Substanz. Als Softwareentwickler wissen wir, wie herausfordernd App-Entwicklung sein kann. Dennoch ist es schwer nachvollziehbar, wie ein Konzern wie ZEISS ein derart unfertiges Produkt auf den Markt bringt. Gerade wenn der Fokus offensichtlich auf dem Verkauf von Paketdiensten liegt – ein Bereich, mit dem sich gutes Geld verdienen lässt – müssen die Basisfunktionen der App zuverlässig laufen. Das ist hier leider nicht der Fall. Sehr enttäuschend für ein Unternehmen mit diesem Namen. Hier besteht dringender Handlungsbedarf.
