## What is 舌下免疫療法記録?

ZEKKA(ゼッカ)は、舌下免疫療法(スギ花粉・ダニ)に取り組む方のための服薬記録アプリです。

舌下免疫療法は、毎日1回の服薬を3〜5年続ける治療です。
「今日飲んだっけ?」をなくし、毎日の記録の手間を限りなくゼロに近づけることで、長い治療の継続を支えます。


◆ アプリを開かずに、ロック画面で記録

毎日決まった時刻に、ロック画面へ服薬確認カード(ライブアクティビティ)が表示されます。
「服薬した」をワンタップするだけで、その場で記録完了。アプリを開く必要はありません。
ロック画面のデザインは 3 種類から選べます。

◆ 1分タイマーで正しい服用をサポート

舌下免疫療法の薬は、舌の下で1分間保持してから飲み込みます。
ロック画面・アプリのどちらからでも1分カウントダウンを開始でき、完了と同時に服薬が自動で記録されます。飲み込んだ後の「5分間は飲食・うがいを控える」案内つき。

◆ スギ・ダニの両方に対応

シダキュア(スギ花粉)とミティキュア(ダニ)のどちらか一方でも、両方の併用でも記録できます。両方の場合は薬ごとに個別記録が可能です。

◆ カレンダーで治療の歩みを見える化

服薬した日はカレンダーにマークがつき、続けてきた日々がひと目でわかります。
体調の変化や症状(口内のかゆみ、くしゃみなど)もメモでき、受診時に医師へ伝える記録として役立ちます。
記録し忘れた日はあとから追加できます。

◆ 「休薬」も正しく記録

体調不良や医師の指示で服用を中止した日は「休薬」として記録できます。
休薬日は継続日数を途切れさせません。まじめに治療と向き合う人の記録が、正しく残ります。

◆ 薬の残りが少なくなったらお知らせ

薬の残数を登録しておくと、服薬記録に合わせて自動で減っていき、少なくなったら受診のタイミングをお知らせします(任意機能)。

◆ シンプルで、続けられるデザイン

iOSの標準デザインに沿った、余計なもののない画面構成。
毎日使うものだから、迷わない・押しやすい・すぐ終わる、を大切にしています。

服薬履歴・体調メモなどの健康に関する記録は、すべて端末内にのみ保存されます。外部サーバーには送信しません。
ロック画面への通知配信のために、匿名IDと配信時刻などの最小限の情報のみを利用します。
